Order not delivered. Payment taken along with £5 for 2-3 business day delivery. Over a month later and no delivery. No responses. No clear helpful communications until today (after great effort from myself to elicit a reply) when they denied all knowledge despite being presented with email chain and order details. Rather than work with me to resolve they just send unprofessional one liners and are not willing to communicate over the phone directly. Recognize a pattern here? Seem fraudulent to me. Avoid these crooks.

Received boxes of Soan Papdi which were out of date. The back of the box shows best before date. It's disappointing because the Soan Papdi was going to be given to non-asian friends for their New Year.[Even if the items are made of just ghee and sugar], it is illegal to sell items which are out of date. I will be reporting the matter to Trading standards. For the benefit of the other reviewers on this page, I suggest you do the same.Also if you have sent back items and have not received your money back or have not received the items at all you can instruct your credit card company to recover the money. They are covered by the distance selling regulations.-----------UPDATE------------***The Seller states below the date was on the advert. I have checked the website. The out of date info is on the website now but I am pretty sure it was not on the product info when I ordered. I would not have ordered it had I known. Either way it is illegal to sell food products which are out of date in the UK.

'I ordered 5 packets of the Maysan curry for my son to take back to Uni. They arrive quite quickly which is why they got an extra star, but they expire within 3 weeks. These are not fresh items so very disappointed and a total waste of money

Awful experience. Wished to return goods but emails went unanswered. No one answers telephone calls and incredibly no facility for leaving messages, just an announcement directing you back to their website. We did return the goods but Royal Mail unable to deliver because there was no one at the premises to take delivery at the time. Eventually, the parcel had to be returned to us. They shouldn't be trading with such roguish standards. Avoid this company at all costs.

Pathetic Customer ServiceOrdered 3 spices costing 4.5 pounds. Total bill was 10 pounds as they charge 5 pounds for delivery. I have been wanting to cancel that order for a week now and there has been no response on any communication platform provided by the company.

Very rarely I feel the need to express my opinion about a business online, but on this occasion I feel like I have no alternative. I placed an order 7 weeks ago on 17th May 2019. Nothing arrived for 5 days so I contacted them through their website and was told that they were moving warehouse over the next 21 days and they will make a note to try and locate my order and process it ASAP. Nothing was mentioned about the warehouse move prior to this point so understandably I was already concerned. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund at this point, because the order was for ingredients for a curry night I host at a pub, so we had no choice but to order the ingredients elsewhere. It wasn't a small order either! I was then told they won't be able to despatch anything nor process the refund for 2/3 weeks because they were turning their computers off! I found this incredibly unprofessional. The guy actually asked me to remind him if the refund has not been processed in 2 weeks! Since then I have sent 3 emails to him, a Facebook message, and 3 contact form messages through their website asking for the refund or the goods only to have never received a reply to this date. It is now 7 weeks since I placed the order and I feel like I'm being completely ignored. Every time you try and phone you just get a recorded message telling you to email or buy online. No one answers. To be honest I'm outraged at the way this company has completely ignored all messages and requests, yet they still appear to be trading.

This month, my wife ordered two 20cm curry dishes which were described as 'Deep'! They were clearly NOT 'Deep' and were immediately returned. My wife is still awaiting a refund - they do not even reply to emails! Suggest that you DO NOT DEAL with these people!

Would advise searching any other supplier before making an online order.Payment taken, postage booked, order never came....... followed up by emails, a month later got a reply saying Hmmm, it looks like a problem with our stock. Continual emails asking for a refund, 2 months later, still chasing.

These guys are a shambles. Placed my order 2 months ago, money taken, no goods, no receipt and just abuse when I raised the complaint with them. AVOID!

DONT SHOP THERE. Insulting. I waited 2 month for delivery... They didnt even cared to inform me that they didnt understood my adress. Customer service reacted in a very rude tone, even calling me an idiot" as I asked for a refund.I NEVER had such a bad experience with online shopping. Follow my advice: DONT SHOP THERE!"
