Amazing service from start to finish. Had a lift kit fitted to my MINI and wheel alignment. Can’t recommend enough. Great communications and very fast service. I will be back again for more modifications.

Shocking customer service.. a good 5 people sat at the reception desk and don’t answer the calls/text messages. I’ve had problems with my air suspension kit which they supplied and fitted. I’ve asked for help and received nothing back almost as if they forget about there customers once they have done there said of the job. Don’t try texting them over Facebook messenger they don’t reply and if they do it’s days later.. Won’t be coming back to this place shocking customer service.

Great service, I had a part delivered that was damaged, it was 100% the delivery man's fault but they replaced the parts and posted the same day. All the stuff I've bought has been top quality!

No one comes close to this company! Having used these guys on numerous occasions every time the customer service is incredible and they couldn't do more to help you! Customer service is not friendly at all. I got transferred around the phone 10 times and nobody wants to help . I’ve always stayed away from them but thought I’d give it a try since it’s been years of dealing with you guys. Nothing has changed, and nobody like to talk customers…

Used only charged dubs for wheels and a custom BC coilover converted air ride kit and it has been amazing, been on for nearly 12 months looks fantastic and drives perfectly. Recommend these guys for any thing like this, will answer any questions you have and tell you which parts you'll need or recommend whats best for your application.
