Having used Just Wood for the installation of engineered wood flooring for our kitchen renovation, we were more than happy to use them to sand and lacquer our original pine floorboards in 3 downstairs rooms. Just Wood Flooring have just finished installing our Oak Flooring in our hall. They have done a fantastic job - from the moment they arrived we were impressed with their attention to detail, work ethic, politeness, tidiness and quality of workmanship. We did receive cheaper quotes but decided that we wanted the job done to a very high standard and so we chose Just Wood Flooring, and our decision has been fully justified. With our house being over 150 years old, we wanted a floor that would not only look amazing but would not look out of place in an old house. Gary and the team did a brilliant job to make the floor look in keeping, with some subtle weathering. Even the thresholds were sanded and weathered to make them blend in. The final results were exactly what we wanted - great job Gary and team!!

They came and fully assessed the floor and we discussed exactly what we wanted and they gave a full breakdown of cost options in the quote.They removed and replaced all the screws with nails, replaced and matched old floor boards. Filled holes and cracks prior to sanding all done very efficiently.Friendly helpful staff with obvious expertise and experience.All the correct equipment to sand and buff the floor to get a brilliant finish,Beautiful flat smooth surface with a loverly sheen .I would definitely use again and have no hesitation to recommend to others. Because they are good they do get very busy so get them booked ASAP if your floor project is linked to other jobs.

Had our hallway floor laid. Excellent job and great communication. Very punctual and hard working. Shame I couldnt afford to do the rest of the house!

Alistair came to see the job in September 2020. Due to Covid we decided to get the job done in April 2021. Daniel arrived promptly and his reassuring presence and skill gave us the confidence to leave the house for a few days to allow him to do his thing. Arriving back a few days later was like coming into a sparkling, new home . The floor looks absolutely lovely and has transformed our home just as Alistair said it would, Simply brilliant, professional service that does exactly as it says on the tin Thank you
