Old Town Osteopathy

My appointment was with Alex.Alex was very knowledgeable about his craft and made my first visit to an osteopathy a great experience. Maintaining professional throughout the treatment and answering every question I had, I would highly recommend him. Alex has since reached out to send me a copy of all the points we covered in our session. Excellent service all round.

Have been to a few osteopaths over the years and they were good, but I'm very impressed with Tash. I initially booked for a sports massage to deal with my rock like calves, however between booking and attending I put my shoulder out rather badly. Tash combined my massage session with some osteopathic techniques focused on my shoulder. She's very versatile and was highly informative throughout. She explained in detail what she was doing and why. Although there's no magic fix when it comes to the human body, I feel good having had the treatment and am confident that with a couple more sessions she'll have a huge impact on my physical state.I'd highly recommend a visit, especially for people who have never had a session before, she was very professional and informative and will make you feel at ease from the moment your session starts.

I have found both Natasha and Jane to be exceptionally good osteopaths. They work effectively and give great advice for after care. I have recommended Old Town Osteopathy several times to people.

Professional and exceptionally helpful treatment and advice from Lewis. Easy exercises have started fixing a frozen shoulder which physiotherapy had failed to rectify. Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic osteopath clinic. Tash and her team are extremely professional and explain the treatment they’re doing in detail and why. Charlotte in particular has helped me recently when I had a hip and back issue and was on crutches. If it wasn’t for her, I would be struggling to walk.

I have seen quite a few osteopaths over the years and Tasha is really one of the best. She has a magical touch with a healthy dose of the mechanical as in she explains exactly what is going on in your body. I'm so grateful to have found this gem!

My first experience of osteopathy, and it’s been amazing. I have gone from constant back pain, caused by lifting a settee!,and which woke me in the night , to a pain free lower back in 3 months. Alex is fantastic, made the whole treatment a pleasure, great advice, great treatment and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
