They say to be a good salesman/woman you have to sell yourself. You have to show continuing interest in your client or customer and be with them for the long haul. Viewed the house from a recommendation from Caroline Price. Loved it immediately and quickly negotiate a price through Caroline. Annoyingly was a long progress due to sellers having to sell another property but Caroline was great. She kept us up to date and was really friendly. She was also the one who finally got the solicitors moving as they were being very slow and not communicating with each other. Thank you Caroline.

I would highly recommend Biggin Hill Bairstow Eves. We were moving to the area they were so helpful and would let us know of any suitable properties coming on in advance. When we did find somewhere Caroline was great at keeping us updated on everything that was going on without me having to chase or ask for updates. We felt we were kept so much more in the loop with Bairstow eves than we were with our own Estate Agents on the selling side, and there was no comparison in the service they provided - they were brilliant. Hopefully we wont be moving again for a long time but when we do I wouldn't hesitate to use them!!
