Epic place and epic tattoos!! Terr was brilliant getting back to me about my idea and the design was flawless. Looks bloody incredible and I love it!

Went in with a bit of a half baked idea about a tattoo & where I wanted it to mark completing my doctorate which looked at a brain condition.Chatted to Terry about it & I am so grateful for his professional advice.Booked in & I have to say that the experience was great! A top bloke who was friendly, interesting, took pride in his work…I could go on.Needless to say, a great experience in a lovely business, great staff & I was so pleased with the work. What more could you want?

Super disappointed. Phoebe was lovely though! Put down a £40 deposit 3 months before my tattoo was due to take place. Was told a design would be available to look at a few days before.Travelled 25 miles to Cardiff 2 days before - partner had booked the day off to look after baby..no finished design just a few sketches of random bits on a bit of paper and the price had shot up from £200-£250 to £280-£350.I was not very happy with this seeing as I didn't have a clue what the finished design was going to look like. Super unhappy that George hadn't completed it, emailed in..no response, they kept my deposit. Booked elsewhere now. Other place have been super awesome!

Great work done in a comfortable atmosphere. Other artists/reception happy to have a good chat and a laugh while you're there. Client experience 10/10 and the work speaks for itself.
