Absolutely shocking customer service from the person who repairs the laptops.I’m surprised they’ve been allowed to be set up in the Mall. Guy was rude, took my laptop there to be repaired suggested I erase all the data in order to fix it. Took it somewhere else was a software problem, now fixed still have all my data and much cheaper. Avoid at all costs! Wouldn’t trust leaving my laptop there!

Bought a phone from there which turned out faulty. Got an exchange to another phone that also turned out to have issues that made it impossible to use the phone. Got a refund of 70% of paid value after threatening with credit card claim. A lot of time wasted with this outlet.

Not happy with their service I bought a MacBook from them I couldn’t do zoom meetings as the volume was very low . I took it back they spend a week not even a message to say come collect we have fixed . Had to go back today the guy I found couldn’t careless I tested the MacBook it was still having the same issue . I told him he said it’s fine and walked away from me I won’t recommend anyone to buy from here . Especially second hand am not happy

I went there to buy 2nd Generation Apple Pencil. The actual price for the items all other place are maximum is £139 but in this store it is £149. When I asked them why it is their behaviour was rude and they told me that that’s their price and their profit. My doubt is that the other stores selling the item for £139 is not getting any profit. I have a request for the management please train your staffs in giving good customer service

This guys don’t know what they are doing. They are fraudulent. I would never advise anyone to get any product from them. All items they sell is bad and likely to develop faults in a few days and when you take item back so they change it, they won’t change it. I am not only giving them a bad review, I’m taking this up to citizens advise to look into this matter.
