AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab

I have been to see Georgia 2 times now with a bad back with lots of knots and tightness in my shoulders. She has done a great job in making it feel alot better and has given me a fair amount of relief from the tightness too. Her massages are very good and she knows what she is doing too and she is very friendly with it and makes the experience very nice too. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else either.

I have had treatment from Amanda multiple times for two separate issues, and have made great progress allowing me to be back on the mats in no time. Her knowledge of and passion for clients wellbeing is clear to see by my bodies response to treatment. I’d never go anywhere else for my sports therapy and couldn’t recommend AG Sports Therapy and the facilities enough! 10/10

I have had a few acupuncture/massage appointments with Amanda and I've felt so much better after each one. Not only that but I have always felt so at ease and comfortable with Amanda which is really important to me. I would 100% recommend AG Sports Therapy to anyone!

After suffering with a shoulder injury for months I went to see Amanda who located what the problem was and within one session of massage and acupuncture therapy I have had no more pain! Extremely professional and talented. I would highly recommend Amanda or her team to anyone.

After 5 bouts of physio on a troublesome hamstring and extensive massage/stretches I wasn't seeing improvement so I went to see Amanda as i had heard some good things as part of the Gym collaboration with Athena Performance in Redditch. Loads of questions later and out came the acupuncture set which i had never had before followed by massage and something called a glute release which i had never heard of.. I left there feeling like I'd been hit my a truck but the next day i was a new man, loose and free from what ever was causing me the trouble! Highly recommended!

Amanda and Georgia are simply ace. Have had a massage with Georgia which helped ease some tension, and physio treatment with Amanda has seen immediate improvement and pain relief. They are both very accommodating and responsive, and they’re also super friendly which is a bonus!

Had a great first sports massage with Georgia. A lot better than previous sports massages with other therapists. She was extremely thorough & very helpful. Would definitely use again!
