Very nice place to stay in Very clean and quiet and the staff were excellent and the food was excellent definitely will be going back there again well worth the money worth booking for a nice stay in Blackpool

Great little hotel this, ideal for those wanting close proximity to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark. Only 7 or 8 minutes walk to either of these and the Promenade but hotel still had a quiet peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. Ron

The place is ok nice room bed and ensuite, the breakfast was ok. After taking with the new owner which he has only just brought this place once he has done up the place it will be even better as currently it does need a little of TLC.

Me and my partner had the best stay at the Lynwood Hotel.Barry and Cora are very welcoming, Friendly and polite owners.We will definitely be back again soon.We would definitely recommend staying here..

Very nice stay at the Lynwood guest house. Location is fantastic for Pleasure Beach and restaurants, was made very welcome by Barry the owner and his wife who cannot do enough for you. Highly recommended.

Sam the host was very welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble for him breakfast was cooked exactly how I wanted and he even advised on best places to eat and attractions to visit
