My experience of this garage is superb.Having booked my car in for a service, unfortunately other problems were identified and staff went above and beyond to keep me informed of work that needed to be carried out. Communication was excellent, staff were friendly and informative, and made me feel as if I was a valued customer.I cannot praise them enough and would recommend this garage without hesitation.

I bought my car from here a couple months ago and since I’ve bought it I’ve had problem after problem even after buying it for way more then it should’ve been but the garage made it sound like a good deal including 3 year warranty. the most recent problem I mentioned to them a month or two ago was that the heaters were blowing smoke but they told me nothing could be done as they couldn’t find a problem and were very rude about it telling us we were lying then a week ago my heater fully stopped working so my dad had a look and at somepoint the fuse box had set on fire and melted, we then took it to the garage on Saturday and they said it was unsafe to drive and would be a priority. However we called on Monday and they still hadn’t checked it then once they had, told us it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty as they couldn’t figure out how it happened and would cost us £1300. They were rude to me and my parents and every problem we’ve had, told us that we were lying to later figure out we weren’t and there was a problem. I would not recommend buying a car from them they are incredibly rude the service team and the sales, my car has had nothing but problems and was overpriced.

Underwhelming customer service. Poor communication and extremely disappointing response to my complaints/feedback.

Absolutely shocking experience with this dealership. Bought a car from them with the promise of them fixing the wing mirror and replacing the key, as it had a low battery and broken button. That was almost a year ago and even after emailing every month, they still have not sorted this. We also had 2 faults with the car after purchasing, which is fine, you cannot foresee these things. But the way the garage dealt with the problem the second time was disgusting. Spoke to me with attitude, and said it would be better to speak to my husband as he may understand better… it’s my car!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Bought my daughter's car from Yeomans Fareham loads of problems final problem fuse box court light wasn't covered under warranty £1300 to get it fixed. The garage said it would pay her to go through her car insurance seen it was a fire I was spoken down to from the sales manager

I have bought three vehicles from this garage, service has been 5 star, Ollie and all the staff have been a true tonic in restoring faith in such businesses and would happily endorse. In my opinion the best of the best.All very approachable and they will do the best to make it work for you to purchase a Citroen Car.Check them out, you will not regret it.

Absolutely a fantabulous dealer . We had a great time. Tim was extremely helpful and courteous. We traveled from London to see a the particular car the dealer was offering .He gave the best deal and would highly recommend yeomans to all .Keep it up and will purchase my car from them
