Amazing team wouldn't go any where else for my lashes an brows Mia is amazing

Super disappointed because that lashes I payed £60 for! All fell out immediately and clumped together as-well as collected loads of fluff.. On top of that I decided not to turn up to my infill appointment not knowing there was a cancellation fee which wasn’t mentioned or stated in any terms and conditions. I, myself, am a minor (14 years old) and there was no mention of any Identification and I didn’t personally know that there was a law stating that you have to be over 18 or 16 with parental consent!!! Following this they took £35 out of my bank account despite me telling that I couldn’t afford the cancellation fee as Im underaged and I do not work and as soon as there was enough money in my account they charged my account without my knowledge or permission. I have attempted to get a refund and had my mum message the lady to get a refund which they didnt respond to. Devastated as that was my birthday money and i even called my bank but they can’t do anything about it.
