Always use this Tesco staff are fantastic but today I was really disappointed 4 checkouts open and the queues are right down the aisle managers all upstairs one floor manage was hovering around checkouts telling a young lad to get off checkouts has he had work to do Also a return to work was taking place this is not good management as the customers comes first and managers should have been on the shop floor supporting staff and managing the que. I actually felt sorry for the staff there the pressure and stress they where put under come on Tesco support your staff.

The old ignorant sour bird that works on the self scanners has a face like she hasn't been throttled for years. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Perhaps a change of role or early retirement would suit her better.

I am not one to complain but there is an extremely rude self check out staff at this store!Imagine asking for help and being told it's not the machines it's your scanning skills ?!Come on lol , Seems to be some lacking of customer service skills apparently at this store.I am beyond shocked at the disrespect from this woman / member off staff!I am aware everyone has their problems outside of work but that was an unacceptable way to talk to a customer that only asked for some help.. shocking, maybe a job out of retail / customer service would be better for you can't believe the likes of the attitude!Apologies to the nice staff that actually work here!

Usual choice of products, but the steep rise in prices is terrible. Not all caused by inflation, greed plays a part in it too.

I have been using this store for about 5 years now, cannot fault the staff at all as I've always had positive communication and every one of who I had asked for help has willingly and politely obliged, the only faults I have and in agreement with are the shelves and freezers are pretty empty most of the time but the biggest no no I have is since Tesco has removed most of the tills replacing with a trolley and basket self service area these have created extortionate queue lengths, I have know idea what the logic behind this was, at first I thought it was to lower staff numbers but on speaking to a member of staff I was told that so far no staff had been lost so why change something that wasn't broken in the first place. Bring back more tills and lessen waiting time, its just not working, well that's my opinion anyway.

Great selection as well as very impressive array of vegan options - pre-made sandwiches, spreads, yogurts, drinks, snacks. Prices are good as well. I got this vegan meal combo for £3.
