After being sold faulty parts for the second time, shane at eastwood thinks its ok to scream at a customer swearing and cursing then shutting an account we have held for the last 10 years (possibly more) shane is a mouthpiece of the highest order and i will never buy parts from this business again while he is working there. It is unlike the friendly service that hgv direct or eurotrucks supply that will go out the way to get a vehicle back on the road.
