Above average practice as they don't do the usual tri k where you arrive for an appointment then wait 20 mins. I arrive exactly on time then go straight in. So well done to them. Clean tidy and parking available in streets nearby for free.

The best Dentist I have ever had, I am seen by the young Lady in one of the downstairs surgeries (I keep forgetting her name ) I have had loads of work done by her, she is very patient, polite and professional.I had an extraction and it was so quick it was over before I realised it was out, and I never felt a thing.I cant recommend this practise high enough

Nicola Edwards was very abrupt and made my friend very uncomfortable by making her feel unwelcome when getting bridge replacement carried out. Stating 'where's your form' on entering, no 'Hello', then rolling her eyes when the receptionist had not given my friend the card whilst waiting for 15mins in the reception area. Ms Edwards then proceeded to state that my friend didn't necessarily need the bridge tooth replacing, although affecting speech, comfort and eating. Reluctantly carrying out the gluing back of the tooth,(not removing old glue on the tooth). Very upsetting experience and no doubt a very poor job of reattaching tooth...we shall see. Not recommended!

Daughter had an appointment but got stuck at college. She rang to say she was running late as soon as she realised she would not make it. The appointment had been made the day before. We were notified the next day that she had been kicked from the practice by Rachel for a missed appointment as you have to give 24 hours notice. (To be fair she missed another appointment 2 years ago as well)our other kids are registered there and have on numerous occasions waited half an hour+ over the appointment time contrary to what other reviews state. The work they do is ok. I still have a shard of tooth stuck in my gum where they failed to get the whole thing out, make of that what you will. I also noticed 2 weeks ago when my son was there the dentist put on the form I was asked to sign that he had done work that he had not( a consultation and hygienist work were two that I recall but there were more). I conclude from my experience that it's all about maximising numbers through the door and charging the NHS as much as possible at every stage. No ill will towards them I'm sure I can find another competent dentist for my daughter which in the long run may be better for her.To summarise we got kicked for not giving notification that was technically impossible to give, waiting times can suck just like other place and I have a shard of tooth stuck in my gum from a failed extraction. As long as you don't need an extraction and you prioritise your appointment with them regardless of what life throws at you, you will have an ok experience. And please people remember to brush your teeth!
