A&E sent a prescription for our sick son here telling us they were open until 4. We got there at 2.59 only to be told they were closed for the day. This has happened a few times, they are a law unto themselves.

What a rude pharmacist at burgess hill boots on WednesdayThe lady pharmacist today was so rude to all the people she served. People where talking in the queue in total disbelief. You have signs up saying respect our staff and they don’t tolerate abuse, we’ll we as customers we deserve and want that same respect from you. I have now moved to a more respectful chemist.

The customer service at the pharmacy is an actual disgrace. Middle aged woman with what appears to be a South African accent is unfriendly to say the least. Will definitely not be going back there.

Unfortunately my general experience of Boots is usually of the understaffed pharmacy side but I wanted to say how impressed I was with young lady who served me on the No 7 counter on Sunday. The service was excellent and her advice spot on. My skin is feeling hydrated for the first time in ages. Thank you

I went to Boots this year for my annual flu jab because their online booking system was by far the easiest to use. The appointment was on time and very easy as my details were online for the pharmacist to see.The pharmacist who gave me my jab was efficient kind and I felt very confident in his hands. I've suffered no side effects whatsoever and would be happy to use them again next year.

Worst pharmacy in burgess hill even SussexNever had a good experience always missing bits from orders or having to go backToday really topped it off waited while pharmacy on lunch fine told by assistant they didn't have the product I needed clearly on display! Asked another pharmacy assistant told I would need to fill in a form fine then was told nope couldn't get item as no pharmacist around asked when there would be told unsure as they don't know the rota !!!Absolutely appalling first of all don't lie and 2nd why isn't there a pharmacist at a pharmacy!Avoid at all costs !!

Small boots store has most things and a pharmacy counter. Used to have my prescription done here when I lived in burgess hill and never had a problem.

Rude and very unhelpful service.I think they should remember customers are human! ( Hilary you should try speaking to the customer not treat them like they shouldn’t be there, especially when they spend that amount of money with your company!)

What is with the attitude with the staff in the Pharmacy about?! Do they think that just because there’s a counter between them and us that they can treat us with contempt? It’s the same if you ring them. The problem is that finding a decent alternative in Burgess Hill is impossible.
