Coffee Solutions - Simply Great Coffee

Appalling after sales. Gave it all the patter during sales but didn't want to know when the machine failed, under warranty! Tried to blame us for the failure of a two month old machine. Default answer was to blame limescale build up (even without inspecting the machine). Luckily a reputable machine reseller came to our rescue. They commented that the machine was spotless and the problem was a pump failure. Coffee Solutions are happy to take your money and run, but don't want to know if you have a problem.

Outstanding customer service. Water coolers are more naturally setup for office customer service but these guys are happy to spend time and energy on a home cooler that we have. They go the extra mile with too customer service.

simply the best. mike was very helpful bought a refurbished coffee machine and its almost like new. great machine and very good quality coffee. if your not sure about what you want talk to mike he will tell you what is the right machine for you.

The coffee machine stunk of tobacco, the lead was missing, the frother made the milk so frothy is was un-usable. I sent the machine back and have had no refund. It cost £50 to send it back as I had to buy a special box and they only came in packs of 5, plus the cost of the courier, plus £149 for the actual machine. They have not responded to my emails. They now have the machine and my money. Buyer beware. They are a bunch of crooks.

I have just sourced 4 new Borg & OverStrom water dispensers from Coffee Solutions. Their sales service was excellent, coupled with fantastic product knowledge and competitive pricing. I would use this company again for further purchases.

Grinder arrived damaged. Staff initially helpful, then 'Mike' refused to collect citing 'clearly stated' Terms and Conditions, which made no reference to damaged goods. Failed to respond when asked where the Ts&Cs mentioned faulty goods. Item returned at my cost, over a week later no refund. Ignored email request for refund (rude) and only after telephone call was refund authorised (not yet received). Ignored request for cost of return as provided for under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Can't be bothered to pursue so welcome to your little victory. Get yourselves up to speed on Distance Selling legislation, update those Ts&Cs and have the courtesy to reply to emails. Not impressed.

Great service and communication from Mike, went beyond expectations with great advice and took the time to set up the equipment before dispatching, even though i was pressing for a quick delivery. Price very compeititve too. I'd have no problem recommending people to use this business.

Mike was so knowledgeable and really helpful when we needed a machine urgently for an exhibition in Malta, after being let down by a supplier. I would happily recommend them - thanks Mike!

Just purchased a new coffee machine from these guys, outstanding help from Jan on making a decision on the right type of machine for us. And excellent training from Marc on Installation , in an hour we learnt so much about coffee and had experienced and honest training drank far too much coffee but the coffee was amazing . Highly recommend the company and products thus far.
