I couldn’t give a CERO luckily Timpson go away with it . I went to South Woodford today where I paid £98 for a life guarantee battery replacement I saw the person who works there getting ready to close the shop at 11:25 am and I said. Excuse me could you help me please. He didn’t bother to turn around and face me he just said I going to Sainsbury’s what do you want. I ask for his name in order to talk to him. (David manger seller ) I told David to replace the battery and also to find out why the watch keeps getting behind when a were it he said there is nothing to be worry about it. I asked David to explain me he’s just ignored me. I told him as manager if he should know about it he would explain me David just started to Lough and behave really bad against customers. David is so unprofessional and disrespectful person that not respect customers. Even though David try to ripe some of my receipt and saying that I don’t need that ticket I told David that who are you to ripped people receipts I told divid to gave me back the receipt he told you don’t need that ticket but it’s that what you want I will give you back there you go. My daughter 10 years old was very scared the way how David were behaving against me and laughing like a fool with not sense. What ignorant person avoid that places as you will have the same problem or even worst situation that you can face there.

After all the publicity claiming they can cut car keys, they can't!The first branch I visited the computer was down. The second branch they cut two keys then I had to take the chip to my car to program it , then they put it in their computer and we waited. The guy claimed it takes a while. And we waited. After some considerable time the assistant phoned for help and they said they couldn't do it . I'm only giving two starts because the assistant was nice and it wasn't his fault.

I went to collect shoes today in South Woodford shop. I arrived at 3pm. All lights on and computer screen was turned on but a sign up saying they had to close for a few mins and would be back at 3:50pm. Waited from 4-4:30pm and no one came. Plenty customers outside complaining they had been back 3 times and was closed then too. I asked in shop across the way and they said its been happening several times recently.

Very good service with passport photos for mum and child today. Friendly staff.

Very unprofessional,she make me wrong picture ID doesn't respect my requirements and when I come back she send me to the Boots to print another picture,was absolutelly disapointed when she was so ignorante after took my money for nothing(day before she said to come back if something wrong)Was find many excuses and I have to do in another place properlly picture and pay again

I got my car key battery changed here and they broke the back of the key!! Do not recommend at all

Took a visa photo here that got rejected by the embassy.. really poor quality service

Customer service 0 rating. Young lad serving really need to reflect on how he delivers the message on increasing your prices so high now. One key is £12.00 . Double their prices!!! His response was well everyone can so can we. I will NEVER come back he found it funny . It's appalling really.

Went in for passport photgraphs. The young man couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Efficient and informative. Very different from some other reviews!

They dont cut car key you bring them what a joke forcing to buy their own one (i have a old unique key), they did cut me a house key in few seconds so 2* for that.
