I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Mobility to anyone requiring help with their mobility needs. Fantastic range of quality products, competitive prices, fantastic, kind and caring service from Carol, who could not do enough to help me and my sister when we needed to buy a wheelchair for my mum, who has cancer and is sadly on end of life care. After a mix up in communication with the NHS, we were informed that the NHS would be supplying my mum with a wheelchair, which then left us with the wheelchair we had just purchased from Mr Mobility. After speaking with Carol, who was so understanding of the mix up, we were able to return the purchased wheelchair back to Carol the next day for a full refund. There was no hesitation at all from Carol in refunding our money. She was so kind and caring and even telephoned me 3 days later to check that I had received the refund and also to pass on her best wishes to my mum. In my opinion, Carol went above and beyond the kind of service and help that anyone could wish for and my family and I would like to say a huge thank you to her for her kindness, understanding and compassion at a very difficult time for us.

I was donated a scooter last week for my mum from mr mobility , a lovely young man brought it round and delivered it , help me set it up and show me how it works .Can’t recommend enough it’s really helped my mum out .

Went to Mr Mobility to look for a new riser recliner chair for my mum when hers broke, there was a very good choice and Carol let mum try them all, she eventually chose a lovely chair which was delivered within a couple of days, Carol was so lovely and friendly and not pushy, she was understanding of mums needs and was very patient whilst she decided, Scott and his son delivered the chair, set it up and even took the old one outside they were also so lovely and very helpful, we were so impressed with the excellent service we received that mum decided to have a new wheelchair, without hesitation we went back to Mr Mobility and again had the same brilliant service. I can't recommend them enough, definitely 5 star and more rating, thankyou so much to all the team at Mr Mobility

Having read the previous review I felt compelled to write a reply. The review is far from the truth. This shop takes customer service very seriously and does anything they can to help customers.I was personally involved in this complaint as I am the rep working for Kymco themselves. Mr Mobility made me aware of Miss Turners complaint, because they were concerned about the issue raised they asked me would I escort them to inspect the scooter.This I did I thoroughly test rode the scooter and could find no fault with it whatsoever. I asked Miss Turner to ride the scooter and show me how she was using it. This was a very quiet rd outside her house but she refused. In my opinion the likely reason it didn't stop is as follows, all mobility scooters have a lever (wigwag) which you press to make the scooter go forward or backwards. As you press this lever it releases a magnetic brake, if however when you stop you have to completely let go of the lever, if you are still pressing it lightly it will prevent the brake from engaging. This applies to all makes of scooter. There is also a manual brake lever as a means of a secondary brake.As for getting anything in writing this lady turned up at our stand and asked for confirmation that the scooter was roadworthy, as it is now 6-8 months since I inspected the scooter it is hardly reasonable to expect us to put anything in writing after this amount of time.I believe Mr Mobility did all they could to rectify this issue.

A wide range of new and used mobility scooters.When you've chosen your scooter you can test ride over different surface just out side the shop.There is a beautiful Canary singing in the shop which had flown into the shop one day and decided to stay.They give a free 3 months insurance and a backup service in case you have trouble with your purchase.Most troubles stem from poor battery care,Never run your batteries low, always put the scooter on charge overnight.Running the batteries low is called deep discharge and kills batteries.Gel batteries cost a bit more but they can recover better than normal lead acid.I can recommend this shop.

This lovely, friendly family run business will go above and beyond without hesitation. When we had a situation with a scooter that needed insurers, Carol would be ringing them to find out what was happening.At no time in the process so they fall short of anything but brilliant.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these lovely people and their business.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First class service, highly recommended. Family run buisness, Carol and her family are brilliant, nothing to much trouble for them. Easy to talk to and ask questions. I brought a scooter from them 6 years ago, had new batteries but other than that it never let me down. I now wanted a faster scooter so after shopping around I decided to return to see Carol as i have so much faith in their service. Even delivered on a Sunday at bank Holiday time. That's real service. Thank you.

I have used Mr Mobility Uk several times and I have always found them very helpful. Their staff are friendly and very informative and will go above and beyond to help you. They are happy for you to test drive their products before you buy and will give you the best advice on what is right for your particular needs. They are willing to come to your home and deliver your purchases. There is good car parking on site and you can go right to the door. The shop has a wide variety of stock and all at competitive prices. If you are looking for any mobility aids I would highly recommend them.

I never EVER leave feedback for anything, but this time I just HAD to. The whole experience from offering to call me back to save me money, to general enquiries, to trying out the scooters in store, to buying the scooter of my dreams, the whole journey - from beginning to end has been incredible. Both Carol, and the lads that built and delivered my scooter were fantastic, despite the hundreds of questions they had to endure they were patient, and Carol especially has been so kind, considerate and understanding that I was very worried and burst into tears when I had to explain the horrific experience I had when I bought my first scooter from a different shop.The scooter I went for was the Drive Medical Easy Rider. It is absolutely AMAZING and well worth the wait! (Which wasn't a long wait at all!, but it feels like it when you're that excited!). Whatever it is that you have your eye on, they will get it for you, so if you need ANYTHING, buy it from them!There are not enough words to explain how wonderful the people at Mr Mobility are!, if you want trust, reliability, security and excellent customer service, Mr Mobility are your people!For the first time in 2 years, I feel young again, I have my freedom back, and most importantly, not only do I WANT to go out, I now feel that the possibilities are endless!Thank you all at Mr Mobility, but especially Carol!
