Ian is an experienced and professional practitioner who provides effective treatments in a relaxed and welcoming setting and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He helped me initially to overcome severe menstrual pain and offered practical advice around lifestyle and diet to maintain a pain-free life. Regular acupuncture sessions have since helped me manage everything physical and emotional that life has thrown at me - thank you Ian!

Ian was excellent in providing guidance and support during a very stressful time, as my wife and I navigated the ups and downs of fertility treatment. The changes to my diet had a positive impact almost immediately - particularly in improving sleep quality and energy levels. Also, being able to talk to someone with Ian's knowledge of fertility treatment in a relaxed environment was incredibly valuable - even if we regularly strayed off topic to talk about other interests - and I will look back on my sessions as being key to making that period of time more bearable.

Ian is brilliant! I have been seeing him for about 3 months for primarily my endometriosis which has been really helping with the pain but I have come away with so much more!I can now manage it with my diet and have also been able to get rid of my little 'cloud' that was over me for such a long time! I didn’t quite know how much I needed Ian’s help until my treatment started 3 years ago. My (and my DH’s) journey has been (and still is) a long one and Ian’s treatments, guidance and support helps me (us) along.Ian is someone I can trust and talk to freely, he listens and pays attention to what you say, talks over what you say and challenges on certain aspects of what is discussed when needed. Ian will ask a question, like whether something has been happening, whether I have been feeling a certain way/experiencing something in particular and he will be exactly right. His approach is very much focused on encouraging you to do the best by yourself physically and mentally.I started for one particular purpose but to be honest I have found that I have benefited so much more widely than expected, and particularly the effects of work related stresses which I never anticipated. In that respect it’s like my treatments reset and strengthen me weekly/fortnightly. I very much thought, prior to starting treatment, that it was just the acupuncture (in the ‘needles and points’ sense) and never quite appreciated how holistic and diverse the treatment process is.
