1st ever visit today with our Cocker spaniel (pup 1 year). Bella looks absolutely fantastic, doesnt seem to be bothered by the experience so they must look after your dogs. Just hope they get over the visit and they will allow her back, Thank you, awesome job, even Ruby approves

Took my Akita here and she always comes out really well groomed and smelling lovely! They Provide a brilliant service! All staff members are lovely, well mannered and work in a professional manner! Highly reccomend! Thankyou again!

I cannot fault their work. My girls Jessie and Kiera always look forward to their visit and when picking them up look amazing and smell absolutely gorgeous. I can tell by their excitement they are happy to visit and be pampered. Thank you so much, you've always done a brilliant job and never cut them too short. Definitely worth the money. Friendly staff that obviously care about every dog they groom, recommend to anyone looking for a good dog groomer.

My Sprocker Spaniel went in dirty and bedraggled (after a walk through the woods) and came out looking like a show dog.A very neat 'Spaniel' trim improves her look and eases our grooming, very pleased with the results.Help and advice from the staff is excellent.

Used to be fine but last times the dogs we took weren't properly cut and also probably abused as now after we take them to diva pets, they are scared when we wash them and dry them which shows they do something to them there.

Our first visit was ok hence we returned for a second time but never again. Our dog is a toy Yorkshire terrier and on the second visit she went in with no injury to her rear legs but after the visit she began limping as soon as we got home. Due to it being late on a Friday we rested her and saw our vet on the Monday. The vet stated it was a trauma injury to her rear leg and she was put on cage rest for a week. We then returned to the vet after a week to have X-rays done to see what the exact injury was and our vet asked us to ring the groomers to see if our dog had suffered any trauma during the grooming. We spoke to a Male who called himself the owner of Diva pets his immediate response was appalling he stated that we had caused the injury they had done nothing and did not even care about what was wrong with our dog. I explained that the haircut around the injured leg looked very erratic short and long bits he just stated that that was how some Yorkie hair lies. We have owned Yorkies for well over 20 years and we have never seen a cut like this. We feel it looks like a grooming error in our opinion. The owner even thought we wanted money off the next cut but unfortunately we won’t be going back. We only wanted to know of any accidents that could have been described to the vet in order to assist with diagnosis but the owner felt we were apportioning blame and he was defensive from the start very arrogant and spoke to us like we knew nothing about dogs. He knows nothing of our status this was only our second visit and his manner was disgusting. Our poor dog is now cage bound for a further four weeks with the prospect of an operation and we do not know how she got this injury. We accept we could have contacted the groomers earlier but even so we did not expect to receive such a negative attitude and for him not to even care about our dog. This does appear to be a money based business and when they experience negative feedback their attitude is disgusting. A good groomer would know how to handle such small dogs and would certainly show some compassion when a dog is injured this was not the case for us. We cannot prove that the groomers caused this injury but it’s a fact that she went in with no injury and came out with one. We did not notice the limp in the groomers as she was in her jumper and was physically handed over to me by the groomer and we only noticed the limping when she was put down on the ground at home.

Fantastic job done on my Yorkshire terrier. Second visit he's had and we won't be using anyone else! Lovely cut and he smells gorgeous! Thank you :)
