Well done for your fantastic and well deserved cqc report. I have worked there a few years ago on agency...its a lovely magical home..with caring genuine staff...very openly welcoming and the residents love it there. Truly deserved.

Firstly I would like to express my heart felt thanks for the unbelievable care my sister received whilst in your care. Nothing was too much trouble. The care and attention that my sister was given was of the highest standard. From the moment you walked through their doors, it's clearly apparent that this is no ordinary place. No uniforms, no white walls.. just smiles from the staff, the residents and from the visitors. Chickens greet you as you walk towards this bright and beautiful building.. the resident cat comes for a quick stroke and you are made to feel like you are part of a huge and happy family. I really cannot express my thanks enough to each and everyone that works there. You are all Angels ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The way Landermeads has addressed Covid is appalling and lazy. No effort whatsoever has been made to do face to face viewings leaving the old and vulnerable left lonely and thinking nobody cares during already confusing times for them.

I'm from canada and apparently this house was originally my distant ancestors house. what a wonderful place it's become. i wish everyone a wonderful time at landermeads

We are passionate about what we do at landermeads because we know it works. Nobody we support is purposely difficult or aggressive, we look for a reason behind their actions. We support them with emotionally led care, respecting their right to refuse care and responding compassionately to their needs. We ensure all staff feel valued, working alongside them to connect with their feelings enabling them to grow as part of our family. I’ve worked at landermeads since 2013 starting with no GCSE’s I gained my qualifications and progressed as a member of the nursing team, becoming a Nursing Associate. Ensuring the care and safety of those we support is our main concern, recognising and responding to their needs both physically and emotionally, paying special attention to promoting well being, preventing ill health and meeting the challenging health and care needs at all times.
