I recently had the pleasure of working with SatFocus Security company who installed a state-of-the-art security system in my home. The installation process was seamless and efficient, and Thiru was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.Not only did Thiru take the time to explain the features and benefits of the CCTV system, but he also provided excellent customer service, ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the CCTV system and the level of service provided by this supplier. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home security solutions.

We hired Thiru of SatFocus via local Google search.Thiru visited our property and made recommendations based on our house. I requested a certain setup and Thiru recommended we add an additional camera.All relevant paperwork was sent through promptly.Thiru arrived in good time and based on my requirements conducted the work with myself present.I would class the installation and instructions as adequate.Thiru provided instructions and recommendations as per installation. Such app and login information.Thiru requested payment before he left and we obliged, then he left.Within ten months of the installation a camera became faulty and stopped working.Thiru was informed and after several WhatsApp messages Thiru visited our property.Thiru had to make another visit as he didn’t have the correct equipment on his person.When Thiru came back he verbally confirmed the camera was faulty, he replaced this camera and left.Within six months of his visit the same camera stopped working.Granted this was before Xmas I messaged Thiru and he didn’t respond but I could see my messages were read.I messaged again just after the holiday period and the messages were read but no response;Thiru eventually replied stating we needed to book an appointment and we did.Thiru confirmed he was busy with pre booking appointments and a back log of appointments.We exchanged WhatsApp and call’s before he eventually agreed on visiting us in early February.However he would not book unless we paid a call out charge.We disagreed with him and we refused the booking.We contacted trading standards and based on our call we can refuse faulty goods.In total we sent two letters to Thiru before he called us to come to our home to review the issue, for free.Thiru said he suffered from back problems hence his delay and lack of communication but on the day of his arrival he seemed fine to us.He verbally spoke to me and said this is a separate issue and that we had to pay for suspected faulty cables.We did ask why this wasn’t checked last time but we could not get a straight answer from him.Thiru verbally agreed to us paying later that month.He completely the cable work but left the old cables behind and did tidy up. This remedial work was classed as ok/poor.He left and invoiced us.Thiru became aggressive with WhatsApp messages and calls for a few days when he didn’t receive immediate payment despite our verbal agreement.We contacted trading standards again and we decided to pay Thiru as his messages and calls became frequent and aggressive in nature.We paid and sent him the confirmation.I would not recommend Thiru based on the above and despite his nature and attitude as described, we recommend you receive multiple quotes before hiring.One star for the work carried out before the faults.One star for being local trader.NB. We have since booked and trader to install more equipment; this work would have gone to Thiru but his attitude and behaviour were not good towards the end of our time with him.

Came the same day and carried out a great job. Explained it thoroughly. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Very pleased that I chose SatFocus Security, I called this company when I was doing my full house renovations and I looked for someone who can do multiple things like AV and Security Systems. We had Alarm, CCTV, Video Doorbell, WiFi Access Points, Cat6 Sockets and Home Cinema systems from first fix to second fix, all completed and we started to using. Excellent and Very professional and extremely friendly. Highly recommended

Thiru (Satfocus) was contacted a week prior - to come and reconnect a failing Texecom Premier Alarm that had been previously installed.He specifically was requested to- reconnect the engineer functions so the Texecom app could be reconnected- change the back up alarm battery- make some configuration changes- Ensure the Texecom app was reconnectedHe arrived promptly, requested some information about the system and then was able to fix all the alarm faults within the agreed price and short duration (due to his indepth Texecom knowledge).I also felt confident in his ability asked him to manage our Texecom alarm going forward.Therefore have no problem recommending him.

Thiru provided an excellent service at a good cost, I would easily recommend him.

We were looking to install some CCTV for quite some time and we weren't sure who to go with. After carrying out research we had came across Satfocus. Thiru had come to visit the property and had recommended plenty of ideas and packages we could go with. Once we had an idea of what we actually wanted we chose the suitable package for us. Thereafter, Thiru had organised a date for installation. He offered excellent service, displayed nothing but professionalism in his work and was also patient to teach us how to access the CCTV on our devices. I would highly reccomend Satfocus and Thiru to anyone. We felt confident from the first day we liaised with him intially till the final installation.

I recently used this company for a CCTV system around my house, covering the front the side and the rear as well as the garden and was very impressed with both the price and the professionalism of the fitter that fitted the system. I now have the system linked to my mobile phone, which allows me to look at all four cameras whilst away from the house, and also a full recording system of 2 TB which allows me to keep recording continuously and able to go back and find things that may have occurred on any of the four cameras in the past.
