Victorian Nails

Had my nails done today, for a wedding. I was booked in for an appointment but waited around nearly an hour!Kim started working on my nails and midway (with no explanation) walked off and attended another clients nails, which I feel is very unprofessional. I then had someone else take over...asked what was going on but has no responded. Infact they started speaking to one another in their own language (which I found very rude) and I got the feeling they were talking about me. It made me very uncomfortable.They were very rough, keep pulling at my hands and pinching at nails, which was very painful.They spent less than 30 mins on my nails and it looked horrid. Very cheap and nasty. I was so upset and close to tears.I found the service very poor. I was very disappointed and disgusted with Kim's attitude. She was very rude and shouted at me...for no reason! I was shocked and didn't know how to respond, so I just kept quiet. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Went to this salon yesterday randomly and the service was actually quite nice. Didn’t wait too long. I had French manicure on my toes and it was all done by freehand and it looks lovely. And the prices are great! 100% I’ll be going back.

Decent service, nice workers. Didn't tell me the price until the end of it. Wasn't the most pleased with my nails very chunky and not the shape I asked for, very fat nails. Quite pricy for a VERY simple design. Nice workers

Been coming here for years, always satisfied. I prefer the chair by the window as the lad seems to do the best nails there.

Very professional even though some of the staff speak little English. I've had my nails done there several times and have been very pleased with them.I suffer with asthma and there is no ventilation which I think is very bad for your health.The staff wear masks to protect there selves but not much thought for there customers.

Booked in and had my nails painted using my own polish as i have allergies. It was fine they did a good job charged me 20 pound which wasnt cheap considering i took my own polish all the same i paid. I booked in by phone to have it done again today the same woman claims she cant do it!!!! Very rude woman you charging 20 pound and using my polish!!! Wittering on in her own language very very rude

Me and my best friend decided to get our nails done from here today and it was a very bad experience. We both paid way to much for our nails. I had a simple colour put on my acrylic nails and my friend had the same and we paid over £30 for them!!!!! 1 of the workers who did my nails where extremely rude when i tried to show him the colour i wanted. I dont know if this was because we where teenagers and they thought they could charge us more. I have no idea.

Nails were not what i asked for. Really chunky and base coat looked cheap and almost see through.

Very good salon to go very professional and polite i always go to kim as she does a good job and good prices i really recommend this place spot on

I've been getting my nails done here for a year now I personally wouldn't go anywhere else now. Staff are always friendly, prices are very good.
