Michael's photos stood out to us when we were researching a photographer as we liked the idea of a documentary styled story to be told in this format, we also liked it that he took into consideration our ideas but was also independent in thought about what he wanted to achieve, which made it even more exciting. We are also fans of candid photos as my wife isn't massively into posed photos, nor am I most of the time and we think when you're not looking it tells a much better story.We had total trust in Michael's idea's and also in him, so we were happy for him to crack on how he wanted to. We are quite easy going and are happy to go with the flow, so Michael was the perfect man for the job.The day of the wedding Michael blended in well, loads of our guests thought he was actually one of our mates as they kept mentioning they were chatting to him and he was really cool, etc.We had a really good rapport with Michael, I think that comes through in the photos as he captured so many stories running throughout the day which we were oblivious to as it's always hard to be everywhere on the day.Our photos were amazing, like I suppose everyone will say, but we are 100% happy with what Michael shot and it really does sum up the vibe of the wedding - colourful and fun.We got married in 2017 and when we look at our photos the day comes flooding back, which is what we wanted from our photos.I 100% recommend using Michael's services, he's a great guy and has a great eye for summing up a moment.
