Whether you're new to cycling or a dyed-in-the-wool cycling fanatic, a trip to The Bike Lounge is a must!Cycling is literally in Rodney's blood and you'll find a knowledgeable, friendly face with every visit... and the coffee is great, too!Highly recommended... the country needs more independent bike shops like The Bike Lounge.

Rod provides a very friendly, professional service. We have bought 2 electric bikes from him, now, and can't fault his helpfulness and knowledge. We are very happy with our bikes and the Bike Lounge's ongoing service facility is top notch. We have and will continue to recommend the Bike Lounge to friends and family.

Farcical. Ordered a part online and payment was taken / order confirmed. Waited 8 days with no further update. Emailed twice, no response. Phoned several times, no response. Sent a Facebook message which was read and ignored. Raised a PayPal dispute to get the order cancelled after 11 days.In effect my money was taken but my order was never dispatched and I was ignored when I asked what was going on.Avoid like the plague...

Best bike shop in Nottingham by a country mile! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great bikes, bike products, and super service! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Tried to order some parts. They said it would be 24/7 delivered multiple times. Firstly I dont even know what that means. Left it just in case it was a case of a part that needed to be ordered in. Gave up waiting well over a month for my part. Sent an email asking for a refund on a Saturday evening and it was almost instant refund on PayPal. Not the best service as I would really have liked the part advertised.

Ordered some parts online, received confirmation and payment taken, then that was it nothing.Eventually had to raise a dispute with PayPal get my money back.Not a single email was replied to and not once picked up the phone, eventually got an email stating my order had been cancelled.

Great service and can’t recommend Bike Lounge. I often find that bike shops are very intimidating for women but not the team at the Bike Lounge and glad to see so many Her Spiriters use the shop and love it

Bought and paid for the order on 4/11. Firstly was emailed to say it actually wasn't in stock and that it'd be sent by 15/11. 15/11 came and went. Subsequently emailed and was ignored. Rang up and was told it'd be shipped by 24/11 at the latest. Hasn't arrived as of 27/11. Multiple phone calls unanswered. Have to just write the money off as a scam now and buy elsewhere. From the other reviews it appears to be one level of service for in-person customers, another for online customers. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
