After a very bad experience after my dentist retired it has taken me 3 years to pluck up courage to find a new dentist. This lady was absolutely brilliant.I had to have 4 treatments, including an extraction and was close to panic. Okay it wasn't pleasant but she was kind and understanding and made me feel completely at ease. Have no hesitation recommending this practice.

Absolutely spot on service , I had a broken tooth and they got me in the same day . The reception staff , dental nurse and dentist were so lovely and helpful and so reassuring as I'm a very nervous patient . I will be definitely going back when my next check us due . Faultless

I needed a filling in February. As this was my usual dental clinic I went and had it done. Few days after got a horrible infection under my tongue. When I rang up they said I would not be able to be seen for 3 weeks.... definitely won't be going back

I have been attending and treated at this dental practice since before it was Dentecare and have always been very pleased with the treatment and service I have received. I have however never been moved to review anything until being treated by Rhianna. She is wonderful, makes you feel at ease and as if she really does care about giving you the best treatment possible. In my case I feel she really has gone above and beyond what I could expect. I would also like to say that the whole team are lovely.

This dentist is truly awful. Went for an emergency appointment sent by 111. Was in less than a minute. My top tooth has disintegrated leaving the filling. It's caused severe pain to my bottom gums where it sits when my mouth is closed. It desperately needs to come out. I was told to stop smoking or I'll lose all my teeth and get mouth cancer. Gave me 5 days of antibiotics and sent me on my way. Turns out the antibiotics aren't strong enough and I should of had 10 days as I'm allergic to penicillin. 111 should take this dentist of there emergency list. They are the worst dentists I've ever been to. Greedy and rude. STAY AWAY!!

Visited Rhianna and the lovely lady working with her yesterday for a filling. The procedure was painless, Rhianna made sure that I understand what was happening throughout and they both went above and beyond in looking after my daughter who attended with me. Thank you ladies. You are both superstars.

Before you decide to go to that dentist check the reviews, the bad ones are here for the reason.Dentist who doesn't know what he is doing and mean receptionist carol, who looks like she hates her job - change it if you don't like it, you are there to help people not to make their life more difficult.I came for a check up, with no pain in teeth at all. Zbigniew said I had 2 teeth to do, so I let him do it. Few days after appointment my teeth start hurting, I came back but he wasn't there. The dentist I saw was confused and just decided to give me an antibiotics, which didn't help at all. Had to wait for Zbigniew to be back. Yesterday I had an appointment and I was late 4 mins, carol didn't let me in, I said I just need to talk to dentist I know he won't repair what he did in the same day. Before I came on time and had to wait 15 mins was okay to waste my time, but when I was late only 4 mins its a problem.Very unpleasant service, very mean people. I'm not recommending that place.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for 40 years now. Even after moving 30 miles away I insisted on staying and travelling was worth it as all the fam went there.Yesterday after my check up, I got the shock of my life at reception when told I owed £70.70 for my visit. This might not seem bad to some, but when you’ve budgeted for a check up, trust me it’s a shock. Now let me clear something up first.I’m an NHS patient and I’ve always paid NHS prices for a check up and a scale and polish. On my last visit and the two prior to that I was on maternity leave, but kept up with my regular checks. Not once was I informed that I was receiving a peri-something or other treatment (more expensive than a basic check up) but obviously it was free while I was pregnant. So on my visit yesterday, might I add the dentist said when I sat down ‘any problems?’ ‘ no I replied’ ‘check and clean then’Not once was this Peri-something treatment mentioned to me. When I was pregnant or on my visit yesterday. So when one of the receptionist said £70.70 for today, it shocked me and panicked me. I had arrived with enough cash on my to pay for an NHS check up, nothing more. It might not seem much to some people but when your currently not working, that extra £45 is a lot of money. A-months nappys to be precise.I have never been made to feel so embarrassed about a situation. I don’t as upset to say the least and angry. It felt like I was been scammed. What I believe to have happened is when I was on maternity the dentist was claiming for more than he was doing (nice little earner) now I’m no longer on maternity, maybe he forgot to change it back. Do you blame me for thinking this?I felt one of the two ladies on reception was quite sympathetic with me and was saying after checking my record. ‘She’s right, she’s never payed more than a check up’ (obviously fillings etc I have) but the other lady never let her face drop, and just kept saying ‘but you’ve had a peri something or other treatment’My argument was, as far as I was aware I was and always have been having a bog standard check up with a scale and polish. NEVER ONCE was a different treatment and cost discussed with me.It’s a shame after so long but my faith has now been lost in this place.
