Can't recommend Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital enough.I was referred for an ultrasound scan and I was very impressed by the service provided.The appointment was perfectly on time and the staff was super helpful. Both nurse and doctor made me feel very comfortable and the doctor explained to me everything he was doing while performing the visit.Great work!

I was having a bunion foot surgery in this lovely little haven yesterday and felt perfectly looked after from beginning to end. All staff, from receptionists, doctors, surgeons, nurses and physiotherapists to the anesthesists and and everyone else whose job titles I cannot recall anymore, apologies! Everybody went out of their way to make me feel relaxed, at ease and in great hands at all time. My room was lovely with a beautiful view into green trees, they even had vegan meal options on their menu without me particularly asking for it which was a relief as I am vegan and can't eat animal products, so thank you for this! Special thanks to physiotherapists Gladys and Georgina for showing me all the useful advice with aftercare and tricks with how to use those crutches, gave me time to practice and I could ask infinite questions without feeling rushed. One kind member of staff (Mirela?) even accompanied me to my taxi, carried my bags and made sure I was brought home safely. 5 stars for this outstanding clinic, thank you all, you have been really wonderful and I will recommend you to all my family and friends :-)

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

Last Saturday I went to Nuffield Highgate Hospital as I had an appointment for blood tests.Overall, I had a negative experience for a number of reasons:Initially, in order to make the appointment, I called them and they said that I have to send them an email. I then sent a detailed email with all my details + referral letter from my GP listing out the required blood tests. After 3 days no one got back to me.So I then had to call them again to book the appointment. As the receptionist did not have access to the email that I sent few days prior to the call, she had to take my details over the phone. Of course, she was not able to fully understand the list of blood tests required as I was dictating.When I went for the appointment onsite, I asked them to review the list of blood tests required. Unsurprisingly, the list that they had was wrong and incomplete. So I had to pull my phone and open the referral letter from my GP so they can write down all the blood tests required on a post it note.Finally, after the nurse collected the blood, I asked them to also share the results with me via email. They said that they cannot do this even though they are a private hospital!They said that they can only send the results to a doctor. Ironically, I was the one who had to give them the email address of my GP clinic.Verdict: stay away! You will either end up with the wrong blood test results or no results at all!

Today was my first visit to this hospital, and I'm very impressed with my experience. I had an appointment with Dr Chau. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. It's always a pleasure to deal with such professional doctors! I hope my further visits will be as great as this one.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

Consultant comes late ,you paying a huge amount of money and they don’t respect your time, no apology or any information.I’ve felt like I’m at nhs hospital, also the older woman who’s there receptionists was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Not recommending, definitely we will choose a different hospital, even if we have to travel far. Stay away of you can !!!

I had a little procedure here and I found my experience to be a good one. The staff were extremely friendly and Dr Tang is absolutely brilliant. I’ve see him a few times and he has been extremely supportive and professional every step of the way.

Excellent. I saw Omoniyi for physio. He helped my recovery enormously and gave me a programme to continue to build my strength after I was discharged.
