Marlin Waterloo

We had a very lovely stay. We forgot to book for breakfast, but we were still able to have breakfast every morning thanks to the lovely staff. Rooms were clean. The gym was small but wouldn't expect any different, it had enough equipment for a good work out though. It's very close to the london eye which was nice.

The service was friendly although the key card didn't work first time. I was really impressed with the mini kitchen; you really could self-cater here. Lovely large entrance area with sofas.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de varios supermercados, cafeterías, estacion de metro, paradas de autobús.Zona muy cómoda y segura.Tiene muy buenas vistas los pisos superiores.El hotel no está mal, tiene una recepción amplia, bonita y más en Navidad con la decoración.La habitación es amplia, ya que la nuestra tenía cocina y estaba más o menos equipada (nos faltó un estropajo y jabón, el cual compramos,había lavaplatos pero con una sola pastilla de jabón y no daba para 4 días que estábamos, a parte de que desayunabamos y cenábamos ahi)Respecto al baño, al ser para discapacitados era amplio, pero faltaba tener un cubo con fregregona ya que cuando terminas de ducharte se queda todo mojado.No me gusto para nada, que vinieran a limpiar cada dos días, y más teniendo cocina que los restos de comida y de plásticos se iban acumulando bastante rápido.El personal bien, fueron amable, solo hablan inglés o por lo menos a nosotros, ninguna palabra en español.

Service was very nice and helpful. Early check-in was available for 35£.Room was a good size with a kitchenette, which we only used the microwave and the refrigerator, but nice to have if you stay longer. Shower was greatFitness center was fairly nice, with only a few machines. This was enough as many people did not use it.Breakfast was available at the restaurant in the hotel, but we did not eat there as there were restaurants nearby.Location was great with easy 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey and 10 minute walk to the Eye.

Besides the usual difficulty of using navigation apps to find it, I had a really pleasant experience.All staff were upbeat, friendly and eager to help. The location, the building, the room, the service and the people all contributed to an incredibly satisfying visit. Just beautiful.Admittedly, I didn’t stay overnight as I was just visiting some friends who happened to be staying there and were conveniently local, but I did see the room, indulge in a mocktail at the bar and the experience left nothing more to be desired. No idea of the price but I’d highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was on high level, location is superb. Rooms and facilities are very good. Rooms are quality and beds are very comfortable. Recommend!

Excellent location.. Within walking distance of lots of attractions. Small gym. Luggage storage. Only complaint is that so many hotels assume we know how to work all the appliances. We had to Google how to use the Microwave, coffee machine, Air con and there was a dishwasher but we didn't use that coz we would have had to Google the instructions for that too. The hob wouldn't work at first but by accident there was a switch, nowhere near the hob, that reset the hob Why are there no printed instructions? How much easier it would be for everyone. No 2 hobs, coffee makers, dishwashers etc are the same.But saying all that I would definitely stay here again.

Over priced and disgusting hotel. Showers don't get warm and bathroom stinks. Breakfast is 17 quid per person, is so dry it looks fossilized, and had hair in it. Was woken up multiple times by the loud plumbing which is what is in the attached video. (Note, this is noise from a different room. No one was in my bathroom to make this noise)If I had a way to cancel my reservation, I'd rather abandon my trip entirely than stay here. All positive reviews are 2019 and earlier. Don't do it.

The room was huge and very clean. The staff were lovely and very happy to answer questions. We were happy with how close the hotel was to public transport and more importantly to iconic landmarks such as Big Ben.

Location was perfect for us. Rooms aren't particularly homely although definitely functional, clean and tidy with fridge , microwave and toaster. Check in and check out stuff were friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Hotel was reasonably busy but rooms still quiet.Gym is functional. Didn't try food.
