I went in this morning and the manager and the staff they were so rude to me and horrible this is the most horrible tesco I have ever been to and its really bad - where is the tesco customer service? Definitely need to change staff there because they are killing customers with their talk and act - they told me to not come back again - tesco i didn't expect that from you tbh - I will do my best to change this people and become tesco again -

Well stocked store but staff are always busy and feel hard done by if they have to serve anyone! The rolling of the eyes does not help!

After finishing my Smoked salmon and tuna sushi just realised that it was one day out of use by date (on day of purchase). This is not first time I bought out of date sushi in this store. First time I was lucky not to eat it. Absolute disgrace.

Lovely members of staff. Always recognised when I go in as demonstrated tonight. One of the ladies who work there always smiles and says hello every time which I appreciate. Wish I knew her name to add to the review. Someone new there however seems a little moody when on the till if you present yourself as a ‘problem’ I.e cashing in But overall good, very busy store

some workers don't like it when I ask them to come and help me at the register, mainly 3 people, a tall guy with a beard and he has a tattoo on his right arm, the second person is a very tall blonde and very skinny girl, the third person is an old woman,They must think Tesco belongs to their parents e, every time I ask to go to the checkout they look upset and then proceed to hand over my shopping unwillingly. I don't know if it's because I'm black or they have something against it.

What's to say , it has everything you would expect from a Tesco express. Although cigarettes are expensive here (50p more per pack than Waitrose charge )

A year ago a person in the store (Toby) gave me a card to fill in as a review of their staff. At the time staff were always helpful and welcoming, so I gave them a great review. I use this store quite a lot, so used to always chat to them. A year later and how things have changed. Staff hardly acknowledge you and the friendly chat has disappeared, in fact one girl was quite frosty when I asked her where the eggs had moved to. I no longer use this store as much as before , prices have also rocketed.

Just been into tesco Prince of wales road with a scratch card. It stated I had won more than I actually had due to a misprint. This is fine, it happens, but the man I spoke with (tall and dark hair, didn’t catch his name) was very rude about it. Had no sympathy that in my eyes I had just lost £100 as that is what the ticket said I had won. I wasn’t going to argue and fight over it but be warned that there is no customer service skills in this tesco and I will not be served by him again.

This morning (9:30am May 7th) I was served by perhaps the most moody older lady I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Couldn’t be bothered to help me, so I told her not to worry herself and I’ll go to another place, to which she replied “be my guest”.Not the customer service you expect at Tesco
