Comfortably the most rude and unhelpful shop in Minehead. Such a shame when I prefer to do some of my shopping local but I will make the extra effort to walk to the co-op.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, went in earlier in the day to put some money on my electric and paid on card with no issues.Went back in for a drink and some more electric and was told I couldn't pay on card for electric by a different clerk, the clerk who served me earlier in the day denied selling me electric on card so I said ok and started to walk outside to get cash from their ATM while my partner went to get the key from her.Instead of handing it to my partner she threw the key at my head.Will be making a formal complaint and will never go in this store again!

We all have bad days but sometimes one has to make the extra effort, especially when serving the public. Saturday 16th September, 8.15 A.M. person serving behind counter looked filthy, lank greasy hair, absolutely no carrisma and manners ! However, today he was not leaning on his elbow whilst serving me like he was the other day when I went in. Such a shame as it’s a handy little shop where I have spent quite a bit of money. Will be finding somewhere else now.
