I had a bad experience with laser treatment many years ago and was very nervous about trying again. I needn't have worried. From the very first contact I had with Kerry and Tasha last summer, they made me feel at ease. My treatments have been with Tasha who is so kind and calming and it's been a real pleasure to visit the clinic, something I never thought I would say! I have been amazed at the results and I'm also grateful for Tasha's advice on how to look after my skin. As a result, I've completely changed my skincare routine. Kerry has a wonderful clinic and you can feel safe in the knowledge that you are in very good hands and will be looked after. I'm having a break for the summer but I fully intend to return later in the year. Thank you Tasha for giving me my confidence back.

I have been going to Kerry for the past 2 years for various treatments and I cannot recommend her enough. She is kind, courteous and professional. I have had a few sessions with other laser tattoo clinics but they simply cannot compare. My tattoo is very large and I knew it was going to be a challenge but Kerry has done an excellent job and the results speak for themselves. I have gone travelling in between sessions for months on end and I always look forward to coming back and seeing Kerry, she is always so honest and I know what to expect with each session. Kerry and Tasha are excellent and the laser skin treatment with Dermalux is amazing. It cleared up my Rosacea and the smooth, lifted skin results were better than Profhilo which I have had in the past. Just looking forward to my HIFU Focus Dual treatment.

Laser skin solutions were very professional and informative with expert advice. The customer service was above and beyond with regular check ins about any responses to the treatment. I have had stubborn hand eczema for many years, I’ve tried everything to heal it, including NHS dermatologists, and nothing has worked except the light treatment offered here. I had light treatment at the clinic and also rented a dermalux light to use daily. I also had recommendations about products to avoid, general lifestyle and dietry advice. When the the skin was not completely healed after the initial treatment plan, I was offered more treatment and advice at no extra cost until the skin was healed. Since this treatment and lifestyle changes my hands are healed up completely. If I ever have any more skin problems I will be coming back here for expert advice! I went to Kerry for help with my facial dermatitis. I had been using steroids on my skin for years and the problem kept coming back so I wanted to try a different treatment.I had a thorough consultation with Kerry where she talked me through the cause of the dermatitis and her suggested treatment plan and she answered all the questions I had.The light therapy itself was very relaxing and I could see the results right away. Based on how my skin reacted to the light, Kerry adjusted the treatment for my second session and the next day my skin looks and feels amazing.She also recommended some brilliant products to keep the dermatitis from coming back.Kerry is so knowledgeable and lovely, I would highly recommend her.

I’ve had multiple laser hair removal treatments with the team and I’ve always been made to feel welcome and be in a safe space. The care and attention to detail of both client care and ensuring the treatments are given in the correct way is so reassuring especially for clients who may be anxious about going. I’m looked after throughout each treatment session and always have my welfare put first and I am listened to during the treatment so adjustments are made as we go.I’ve had so much progress for hair removal and it has made me so happy too!I highly recommend for anyone LGBTQIA+ looking for a laser specialist team, it is a safe space for our community to exist within and be cared for over any treatment that is offered.
