A big thankyou to Audio T in Oxford and in particular Andrew. Firstly, had a fantastic demo session of some £3k speakers to go with my Naim Uniti Nova – not rushed and not pressurised in any way. An even bigger thankyou to Andrew for the home install/set up for the Dynaudio Evoke 30’s that I ended up purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent a lot of time experimenting to achieve the optimum position and explained everything to me. I can’t sing Audio T and Andrew’s praises enough, so much so that I will happily travel the hour from Milton Keynes to Headington for any future needs. Looking forward to a demo of some new speaker cables when I have saved some money.

Very happy with the service, but all thanks in particular goes to Dominic. They really know their stuff and gave me some good advice fitting my ideas and budget. It was also easy to arrange a proper listening sessions of a hour and a half to get a feel for the speakers.After ordering, I forgot that I also needed new cables, but they were delivered with the speakers and I could just pay them at my own convenience. Great to see when costumers are treated in this way.Would definitely go back here if I ever need additional equipment, and I can recommend it to anyone in the market for some Hifi equipment.

Astonishing level of customer care here! Jon and Rob contacted Dynaudio who honoured a 25 year guarantee for a new driver for my father's Special 25's. As my father is about to turn 100, this was remarkable - I guess if you live that long you expect to outlive your guarantees! Jon and Rob could not have been more helpful and fitted not one but two drivers, so the sound would match! Check out their blog on the subject. Oh, and the speakers sound extraordinary!

Very impressed by the great service received by Audio T. I wanted to invest in a good hifi system, Andrew was very patient and showed me multiple set ups matching my budget.I was able to try the system at home before making the purchase. First time that I have used Audio T and I have been really pleased. Jon set up an excellent demo, where nothing was too much trouble. I had a home trial and was able to make up my mind over a long weekend. At no stage was there any hard sell, just sound advice backed up by excellent product knowledge. Strongly recommended.

Very impressed by Audio T Oxford. They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Throughout the prolonged periods of vacillation that deciding on hi-fi usually entails they merrily cycle through the options - with both in-store demos and take-home loans - until you're as happy as you can be that you're making the right choice. Now my go-to store for hi-fi advice and purchases.

Deeply impressed with the service I’ve received. My wife bought me a high quality amp combination for our wedding anniversary. It was a bit of a whim purchase, and unfortunately as our system consists of some pretty individual kit when we got it home the sound was not remotely compatible.The store managers reaction? No wriggling or falling back on statutory rights, just “what would you like to do? You can swap for another, or I can refund you.“ so I have borrowed the alternative solution which is so good I am keeping it.Any company with that attitude towards customer concerns rates five stars in my book. And even more impressive is the timing -23rd December. The next piece of hi-fi I buy will be from them.

Required a complete AV upgrade. Andrew was superb. Excellent knowledge and fully understood my requirements. Built a bespoke system within budget that was realistic for my home. Queries were answered efficiently and no query was considered too daft! Customer service good. Very grateful indeed.

Excellent service from the guys at Oxford with special thanks to John. Unfortunately my new equipment developed a fault but the issue was dealt with swiftly and the unit replaced without quibble. I would highly recommend Audio T to anybody in the market for quality audio equipment.
