I recently ordered a gorgeous chain for my son’s Birthday and unfortunately there was an issue with the order but the management was extremely helpful and sorted it out quickly and so professionally….and the quality of the chain was perfect and I’ll be going there again…

Really great customer experience. Was a tad disappointed with a neighbouring business and chose this shop based on a referral. The shop is ultra clean and tastefully presented, and the staff are amazing - courteous, highly knowledgeable of their products and extremely well presented.I had an old engagement ring of my mothers fixed up and cleaned, needed a new band, new stones - a lot of work. They put my mind at ease with their explanation of what they needed to do give me faith in their abilities- and wow.. ring was fixed and looking seriously good within DAYS.Amazing.(A previous place, where i had another ring worked on, took a MONTH to do the work, and even then that followed me contacting/badgering them a few times.... and when the work was done.. I wasn't hugely impressed.. Hence I looked around for somewhere else for future work.)I'm so relieved I found Top Jewellery - they did an amazing job, and won't hesitate to recommend and use their services again.

Had a ring made for my 60th Birthday. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully made and perfect fit, better than I could have imagined. Slight issue with timing and communication but Nero was excellent and the ring was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Nero.Would definitely buy from Top Jewelley again.
