This agency should be shut down for the poor quality and interaction with there employees. The manager Lauren Is very up her self and the rest of the staff ain't much better, say they can get you work and your ringing them to see what's happening. If they was such a good Company why are they sending these kind of messages holding Competitions to see who can give them the best review, I mean if they was this good they would be getting good reviews on a daily basis. Lack of support, pays always messed up. I'd suggest the dole if you need money absolutely rubbish company!!

Karen and her team managed to help me find a job I loved during the height of the pandemic in an industry i had never previously considered. They were all extremely compassionate, understanding, responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend Karen and Frontline Derby for anyone trying to find work locally, I can't praise them enough!

worst agency i ever been. James offer my the job , after i came for registration he say we dont have this job now. Later he say we have this job and i will call you tomorrow and let you know what time you will start .Still waiting for a call from James :D

So I spoke to the manager today Karen and James wainwright because I was struggling to get to work and they've helped me out massively, I'll say by far the best agencyIf you have any problems there more then happy to help to the best of there ability.For anyone looking for a job go with these top dogs.

The people at this company fail to care about their employee's health and safety which I feel is a rather big problem with this company.They will also manage to guilt trip you into taking certain jobs when you clearly state that you are not able to work well in certain environments.If you need to find a job, I highly urge you to not go for this agency, or you will end up the same as me, suffering and recovering from situations where you stated that you cannot work at.For me, they ended up taking me away from business that I stated I liked working in, they really don't care about you, all they want is things to go through, without regards to how and the quality of effort.They lie to you with what you will be doing and more, however, pay is somewhat decent, but does it cover the overhead of potentially damaging yourself in certain environments?I heard the agency Orbit" has better staff and health and safety management. Please keep this review in your consideration

Constantly ignore messages and are already 2 weeks late on paying me. The team are useless, fail to provide help and will repeatedly not respond to messages when I'm trying to get them to provide me my wages.Avoid at all costs unless you're trying to work for free.Edit- 3 weeks late and still no pay despite being told I would be. They will lie and do anything not to pay youEdit 2- Finally recieved a pay slip from them but the agreed wage was not met and they tried paying me Min wage. Still not been paid one month since working. So much for weekly pay

Got changed over to this agency after 7 weeks at toyota.Once i had changed i noticed that i was being Paid less per hour.Paid for less hours than i worked.Overtime wasn't paid.Didn't get paid till 3pm on the friday after being woken up at 8am with multiple calls asking for bank details when working a late shift.Extremely rude staff who said i my employer didn't need me anymore, (was a lie).Didn't get paid holidays!
