Absolutely delighted with the results of my driveway after it was power washed.It hadn't ever been cleaned and it now looks brand new! I would definitely recommend their services. I was also very pleased with the customer service I received throughout the process, quick quotes and great communication.

Arranged for my decking to be cleaned and also to remove masonry paint from the path at the front of the house. John arrived and started the decking which I knew would likely strip the paint already on. Was happy to touch that up myself at a later time. However the front path needed several coats of paint remover and John advised he would be back out. The first time he did however I kept having to chase up when he’d be back out, albeit some days were raining, and he never showed back again to finish the job. Gutted I paid up front but lesson learned! Poor communication and being told he would come back out to finish it and failed to do so twice. Over 2 months on and he didn’t appear. Got sick of chasing it up so will try and remove whatever is left myself.

Would not recommend John's roof and gutter cleaning services. My experience with his work has been disappointing to say the least. Initially, he promised to address any issues that arose during the moss cleaning process, but it became evident that he doesn't keep his word.The problems began when the moss from our roof ended up not only on our property but also on our neighbor's side and in the pebbles and stones around our home. This created a significant mess that we had to clean up ourselves.It's disappointing to have invested in a service that not only failed to deliver but also created additional problems. Till this day, moss is still coming down from the roof, we understand that moss might come down temporarily due to biocide treatment and wind but this service was done in August and we're left with the aftermath of a very messy job and a constant dirty decking.Moreover, the real frustration came when the moss, which was supposed to be cleared off the roof, was carelessly brushed into the stones and chips around our property during the cleaning of slabs and monoblock. This resulted in an even bigger mess that we didn't anticipate, especially considering we had these areas recently installed.John's inability to address these issues and the constant need to chase him up and the lack of communication on his side for a resolution have left us thoroughly dissatisfied with his services. If you're looking for a reliable and responsible roof and gutter cleaning service, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

We used this company for our driveway clean/resending. The job was completed, however within a few days there was already weeds/grass growing between the bricks. We asked John to come back out to respray those areas, and after almost a month of chasing/following up, he is now not responding to any texts at all. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor and unprofessional.
