Hunters Estate Agents

We have bought our new house though hunters and they have been great throughout the process. A big thank you to Victoria especially who has been just at the end of the phone/ email. I would definitely be recommending Hunters to anyone who wants to see their home. Just wish i could say the same about our estate agents!

Hunters staff went above and beyond to get our sale through, under exceptionally challenging unforeseen circumstances. They were incredible, excellent communication and organisation throughout. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I have the misfortune of renting a property out which is below a property owned by Hunters.Back in July I made them aware that my bathroom ceiling was covered in mould due to a leak that had occurred in the flat above which they rent out.They quickly fixed the issue in the property they rent out (start of August) and I was told wait 2 weeks for it to dry out and then they will look into fixing my ceiling.August came and went and nothing. I was adviced by my estate agent, as no one has rung my from Hunters since 25th August (today is 4th October) that as of the 12th September they have priced the job up (only took a month to price it up?!) and that it will be sent to their landlord and mine to decide what to do.On the 22nd September I was told the worked had been agreed and that Hunters would by in touch to action the work. Yet it's now nearly 2 weeks later and still nothing at all.I have two young girls that stay with me 4 nights a week, yet Hunters feel it's fine to allow me to have a bathroom full of mould, through no fault of mine own, for nearly 3 months now.Shocking and disgusting service. Would never recommend these to anyone at all.

Hunters sales team have been really supportive throughout the recent sale of my flat. Dan was knowledgable and approachable when valuing the property and organising viewings. Victoria then managed the sales process and kept me up to date. Victoria coordinated and chased up the solicitors time and again to move the sale forwards, then communicated progress back to me.I’m grateful to the team for their compassion and support through a very difficult period in the property market, thank you again.

Absolutely fantastic service from ALISON , couldn't have been more helpful and professional . Would recommend anyone to use this estate agents. The service myself and my friend received was second to none on renting his flat. If Alison was out the other ladies were exceptionally helpful also .helpful also .

Alison was extremely helpful in expediting our move into a new rented property.From viewing the property to moving in, the whole process took just one week. Whenever there was the slightest of delays in referencing, Alison immediately chased these up on our behalf to get this done quickly.The welcoming hamper was an extremely kind gesture and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Alison if I ever needed anything in future.Thank you for helping both my partner and I find our new home!

03/2022 The service from all the staff at Hunters was excellent! Courteous, efficient, reliable! Made the whole process of moving (let) a smooth process!10/2023 I vacated the property last weekend. The Alison and Rachel were immensely responsive and helpful during my stay in the property and while I vacated. It was the smoothest tenancy of mine. The service from Hunters Estate Agents was outstanding!
