Cigar Terrace at The Wellesley

Called twice on the way to the cigar lounge on 7th of December 2023, asked if a booking required and was told walk ins are fine. Turned up and saw empty tables and the manager upon greeting was super rude and told us no availability, when we said we called twice less then 30 minutes before he said he was not sure who we spoke to.The service was extremely poor the manager had a sense of arrogance about him and you can tell this by the way he carries himself and how he treats customers. If this is anything representative of Wellesley establishment based on the managers attitude to customers. I would stay away - Far better cigar lounge options include No. 6 Cavendish & Cigars at No. 10 on Baker Street.The manager treatment of me and my friends would lead us to never return or recommend to anyone.

Nice place and staff, but their pricing is shockingly off, wanted to be surprised with something nice, was presented a Parthagas Salamones, charged £110 + £15 for service(even though it retails at £50). Felt like a £35 smoke at best. Think I’ll be avoiding this place for a while (use to be somewhat a regular)

Absolutely amazing experience! The attendants and staff were delightful and very knowledgeable. The outdoor space was set up to permit privacy without limiting your street view via glass and a metal barrier. I loved the bees knees cocktail, but they offer a large range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.

Very disappointed that I have crossed some comments that I have faced. Naco a waiter was very interesting racist, rude and has a major attitude. This is not the first time that I had this matter. It is highly not recommended to spend your valuable time at a place has sick employees and unhealthy atmosphere

Luxury hotel with good service, staff friendly, cocktails and space is very nice.

You come here to feel relaxed and luxurious whilst enjoying one of life's pleasures. Luxurious, excellent service, and fantastic cigar and whisky list. Sure it might be pricier than what you can buy, but you don't come here to buy a cigar, you come here to feel the whole experience. The only down side is that there isn't much a of a view to gaze out to.

As a solo traveler, my experience at this cigar bar was particularly disheartening. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this establishment for the second time, and it was a stark contrast to my previous visit. The staff displayed a complete lack of effort when it came to service. No menu was offered, and I was left waiting for a bewildering 30 minutes with no acknowledgment or assistance. I felt incredibly unwelcome, and the overall atmosphere was less than inviting, which is especially discouraging for someone traveling alone.As a solo traveler, feeling welcome and comfortable is crucial, and this place fell short in every aspect. I would strongly advise considering alternative options before choosing this place for your cigar enjoyment.

Great humidor, cosy smoking lounge outdoor, friendly staff, the right spot if you need to switch off

The representive at the lounge was so rude when we would buy Behike cigars and it seems he is not happy with the job and disrepecting customers. We will never ever come again and we do not recommend this lounge. My firends asked me to not going there and unfortunately I did not follow their advice.Note that we came today on Spetembet 18th, 2023 at 5:30 pm.

Fantastic place! Always a warm welcome from all the staff, I’ve never stayed personally but I can imagine it’s fantastic. When I’m in London I always visit to have a cigar! One of the best humidors around with plenty to choose from. All staff will tell you about each cigar and will recommend one if you can’t make your mind up, I forget the gentleman’s name but he’s always greeted me as if I’m a regular.Highly recommendTop serviceWarm welcomeVery clean and comfortable
