This was the first time that i had used GuardHome Ltd. having been recommended to them by one of the largest CCTV equipment companies in the UK.I already had a good and serviceable system but wanted to try and get higher quality and better positioned CCTV images by using the latest equipment available on the market.Eric Chorley, the Managing Director of GuardHome, immediately understood my needs but decided that the best way to find out exactly what was required and the size of my budget compared to my overall expectations was to arrange an on-site visit to my property in Kensington This was extremely useful as he was able to show me from other systems that he had installed from his actual time I-pad just what was available on the market and also to discuss my data storage requirements and see how any new digital cabling might best be installed.This soon resulted in a firm in detail quotation but not before I made a return visit to Eric’s GuardHome office to see for myself in far greater detail just what could be achieved from different cameras.Within a week everything was agreed and an installation date set. Eric’s team arrived early in the morning and indeed Eric came to oversee the beginning and completion of the work and to ensure that I was fully conversant with the new system and that it was working on all my communications equipment.All in all I was delighted with the whole operation.

The wireless system is wonderful, if our dog pushes a door open it does not activate the alarm, unlike the wired system with sensors on every door. One of Eric’s team set up an app on my phone and showed me how to use it to remotely access the system to arm or disarm if necessary. The first annual maintenance visit has taken place and I am very impressed with the level of service that I have received. I had Eric install an alarm system in my house and garage.
