Friendly and helpful receptionists, dental nurses and hygienists. Dentists explain every detail and provide all options for treatment well.Not rushed and facilities are fresh and clean.Would definitely recommend this practice.

Always have a positive experience at this practice, even if having treatment! Been attending here over 30 years, in which time there has been just one change of ownership. The reception staff are always friendly and the dentists and hygienist are so lovely. They are extremely professional and keep up to date with new treatments and equipment. They take their time explaining exactly what they are doing and provide good advice on oral health care. They do their utmost to ensure you are comfortable during treatment. The building is spotlessly clean and the waiting area with its sensory visual screens help you to relax.

I recently joined Massetts Road after a recommendation and was very happy with my experience and how friendly all the staff are. I saw Nikhil for an extraction and filling, he was very informative and explained why the work was needed, showing me an xray and pictures so i could see for myself. Would highly recommend this practice to others

As a very nervous patient seeking a new dentist is a hard process. I was recommened Massettes Road Dental Practice. Maya gave me the time and calm atmosphere to feel confident in to have dental treatment. Now I have regular check ups with the dentist and see Isobel for hygiene visits to help keep everything maintained.

Very pleased with the service; the surgery has top equipment, dentists (my husband and I have different ones) are very professional and knowledgeable. We have hygienist appointments regularly and we have noticed the positive difference to have both professionals looking after not only our teeth but also the health of our mouth.The staff are always courteous and try to accommodate appointments whenever possible.
