Got 2 keys cut here. One worked. Second didn’t. In return the man tried to tell me I was using the wrong key in the wrong lock (was not, had 2 other people check). Returned. Got it recut.. key still doesn’t work. Returned again to complain and not even open as states on here. Only the phone repair part of the shop is open per google hrs

Scammed my 83 year old visually impaired father. Feeding off’ both my parents ignorance when it comes to technology, claiming a phone was blocked when it wasn’t and taking money from them in advance and refusing to refund. Charged my mother £15 for a phone case that fell apart after two days and is literally the cheapest and worst cover I have ever seen. It’s not even worthy of being in the pound shop. I am genuinely gobsmacked that they’re still in business!

I used both the key cutting and shoe repair services here a few times, and I found it reliable and for a reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with the craftsmanship for the shoe repair. I believe in proof is in the pudding, so please refer to the pictures for the end result. I didn't take 'before' pictures of the boots so I will describe their previous conditions (from left to right) instead.*Before*1. Leather calf-length boots (left) - 5 years old. Leather was faded and very scuffed. The heel tip was worn off on the left shoe and completely fell off on the right - oops!2. Suede ankle stiletto boots (middle) - 3 years old. Dirty, scuffed and both heel tips worn to the stub.3. Leather ankle boots (right) - 4+ years old. Leather was faded, scratched and very scuffed. Both heel tips were completely worn with visible damage to the bottom ~1cm of both heels (clearly I was still wearing them after the tips were gone).*After*As you can see from the photos, all 3 pairs of boots look new and shiny from the front. The heels were Boots 1 and 2 were repaired to perfection. Even for Boots 3 with the badly damaged heels, you can barely see scratches where the worn areas were because of the high quality repair.To summarise, I'm a very happy customer and would recommend wholeheartedly!

Excellent service received. Favourite handbag fixed in no time at all. As I'd mentioned I would go for a coffee while it was fixed, the guy offered to call me when it was ready. I was delightfully surprised when he turned up at the café to deliver the fixed handbag way ahead of schedule. Super affordable as well.

This number is being used to call customers and make out they are carphone warehouse and then to scam customers into giving their details out.

Really bad experience!  My zip broke in my favourite bag after 3 yrs of using it on a daily basis, I still wanted it so I wished to replace the zip.I went to one other place (not here) & they said they would do it for £35 which I found expensive.. so I arrived at this place.First day, nobody was in, although they say working hours are 9-5. I came back the day after and a friendly guy said to change the zip will be around £28 ( or even less, I can't remember now exactly but it was less then in that 1st palace I asked). He also suggested  'save me some money' they could just fix the zip instead of exchanging it, and this would be £8. I was hesitant because I am using this bag a lot and simply the zip tape was torn, but as he said - we could try & if I am not happy they will then change the zip. I said OK. Came back to pick up my bag today, 1st time - again no one was in. Went back after around 20min, and saw my bag 'repaired' in the worst possible way. To be honest I would probably stitch this better on my own then they did, on top of that the holes in the tape were still there! All they did was stitched around the broken part & waxed it... also they told me it would cost £18!  I said I was not happy at all about this, 1st of all this bag is still broken and you ask me now to pay £18 while you said fixing was £8. So he said they could exchange this zip if I'm not happy for £42! ha ha haReal scam, people who do sth just to rip you off, they are not there when you visit so you need to go & walk back, then they change the prices of the services , different day - different price! Really not recommending this place, sorry but it's a scam and simply cheating, on top of that the job they did is just SH^&! - see photos attached.At the end I paid £8 & dude just wanted me to leave... I just wanted to get my bag back.. I still paid £8 just to leave it in another repair place for a zip exchange. Honestly, avoid that place. And if you need to use it, have it on paper how much your service will cost!

SCAM ARTIST!!!!!Sold me a broken usb adapter and he refused to give me a refund.Very horrible, unfriendly and unreasonable scam artist.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR GET YOUR SHOES REPAIRED BY THIS MAN.HE WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

This guy is a total legend. I thought that the key I had cut here didn't work in my door - so he did it again without question - then I realised I had originally given him the wrong key like a total idiot! He didn't charge me for doing it again because he's so nice. Very quick service, good prices and really friendly. Thank you!
