Called to change my address, spoke to Rachel from the Rotherham call center. She was an absolute star and did everything with no problems at all. Even took the time to have a little natter. An absolute gem of an agent, exactly the kind of service I would expect from Southern Water.

Completely useless, its not metering its technical" no its technical no its metering. Can you help me

Just taken the dog for a walk at 3.30 this afternoon. I was surprised to see two horses in the field that should not be there, due to contaminating the field.Just to let you know the situation as I was told many years ago that animals may not be put in that field.

More raw sewage released into the harbour this morning despite Southern Waters own beacons claiming not to be. Dire straights of a company.

Can't speak to a human and after several minutes of recorded messages I'm cut off! 3 times!!!

After having a large debt bill come through my door, I enquired into what happened to a payment scheme that I was told I was on 3 years ago and was told it didn't exist. I am vaunrable and this really scared me, so I went DIRECTLY to the CEO. I spoke to the executive team, Chris (amazing guy!) and after some discussion about only emails because I don't like calls, I decided to bite the bullet and speak on the phone. Chris was helpful, and funny and so thoughtful. he put himself into my position and talked me through everything I didn't understand and he done so much, and I will be eternally grateful to what he has done, and the fact he was there to help me. Thank you so much Chris, you are such a amazing person, and iv included a inside joke :) x

Came in the following day after my call. Was never charged a single penny for cleaning some blockage in our drain. Guys who came to sort the problem out were polite and very helpful, explained the problem in detail and made 100% sure the job was done properly before leaving.

Called at lunchtime to change our direct debit details. All very smooth and didn’t wait long.In our old house in Southsea we suffered numerous issues with blocked systems in our street and having a drain in our garden had southern water in and out a few times until the issue was resolved (Colas had tarmaced over a main access which was blocked in the road)Southern water offered me a tour around their plant in Havant to give a better understanding of the issues they face and how they deal with our waste water.Great visit! I’m interested in that sort of thing and it was a great opportunity to see something you’d not normally see or not pay too much attention to as a child if you were lucky enough to visit with your school.

Phoned in with low water pressure, lady on the phone very helpfull, said she would make some enquiries and phone me back.Less than half an hour she phoned and said there was a problem and an engineer had been notified. 3 hours later problem fixed.Brilliant. Excellent service.

Always very helpful and quite chatty on the phone. Very willing to help with locating leaks, patient enough to understand the issue. There is usually a prompt response from the leaks team and you do get a follow-up call with their findings which ties things up nicely.
