Clare Flint Make-Up Artist

Clare did a fantastic job of my wedding makeup - I felt absolutely gorgeous. She really listened to my preferences and during the trial she talked me through everything she was doing and then was super adaptable when I asked for a couple of things to be tweaked. I don't usually wear much makeup and she made a final look that was light and comfortable. On the day I was also really impressed that she gave each bridesmaid a complementary look that also took in to account their usual makeup styles. She was super professional but also lovely company. I cannot recommend Clare more! I first met Clare when she did my bridesmaid make up at a friends wedding and she made me feel so comfortable (particularly given that I don't wear much make up generally) that I subsequently booked her to do my bridal and bridal party make up.Clare made everyone feel super relaxed and at ease and made my wedding morning super chilled and special. We were all so happy with our make up and Clare achieved the natural look we were hoping for!Book Clare you will not be disappointed!

Clare was absolutely brilliant as the make up artist for my wedding at Burtonfields Hall and I feel so lucky to have been able to book her. Throughout the preparatory emails, the trial and on the morning of the big day she was professional, calm and considerate. I'm not a big make up wearer or have much confidence in my appearance and I really appreciated that Clare listened and guided me through everything she was doing and took it gently to ensure I was happy and never out of my comfort zone. Clare really did make me look and feel like the best version of me, giving me a huge amount of confidence for the day ahead. My make up stayed in all day and night, despite my best efforts on the dancefloor over the evening! My skin felt happy and hydrated all day.I also really want to thank Clare for the make up she did for my sister (head bridesmaid) and mother of the groom, you made the morning really special and relaxed and you helped make us all look and feel beautiful. Clare was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process; the online consultation, the make up trial and the actual wedding day! My make up looked flawless all day, and Clare achieved the look I was hoping for to perfection. Not only is she very professional but she was fabulous to be around on the morning, my bridesmaids and I loved her, and she checked in on us all to ensure our make up was just how we wanted it. I absolutely recommend her for bridal/wedding make up!

Clare came to my house to do a make up session with me which was essentially a 2 hour lesson with all the tips and tricks needed to get my make up confidence back.Clare really does want to make things as simple and affective as possible, with the fewest products - which is absolutely amazing! I was expecting to need to buy 23980 new products, but that was really not the case.Clare listened, was super friendly and really professional. Clare created one half of my face and let me do the other half to practice with her guidance. Since the session I have invested in a couple of new products and been able to successfully re-create the look myself which I was really pleased with!Can't wait to see Clare again for my bridal trial and wedding make up next year.Would hugely recommend for a make-up lesson, event make-up booking or wedding.Thanks so much Clare!

Clare recently did my make up for my wedding, which had been postponed from last year. I really enjoyed being pampered and I felt and looked amazing! My make up lasted day and night and still looked good the next day. Clare is such a lovely lady and makes you feel so at ease, I can't recommend her enough.

Clare did my make up for photoshoot. She knew exactly what products will work best on the photos which really showed how experienced she is. She made me look so gorgeous, people didn’t recognise me, although the makeup wasn’t too heavy. Needless to say the shop was a great success. And what a lovely person she is too! :)

She is a patient and entertaining teacher and kept my requirements front and centre, while making helpful suggestions and recommendations.
