First puppy trim for my 13 week old cockapoo and Lorraine has done a lovely job. As an introduction to grooming, I'm very pleased. My little girl looks really pretty but not totally unrecognisable, which I feared might happen. Very importantly she doesn't appear stressed. Everything was carried out professionally and in a Covid secure environment. I'm more than happy to have made our next appointment for a few weeks time.

Thank you Lorraine for restoring Benson back to his proper look - after I had attempted to groom him during lockdown. He looks lovely as always and he is quite happy to come to you which means everything to me, as he is so special to me and his dad.
