first time i have ever used a dealership for my car - so friendly would not hesitate to go back. local dealership ( trenton at cleethorpes ) very unhelpful - had to sort issues with nissan office. booked this garage to use whilst on holiday - Cat was extremely helpful . they not only diagnosed the fault but supplied me with the part number as needed ordering (£543 - plus labour at £98/hr). we were there approx. 2 hours and in all that time , numerous staff members kept offering drinks. Cat is an absolute star - she listened to the problems we had with Trenton , asked the mechanics for info and rang when she said she would ( still waiting for Trenton over 6 weeks ago ...). booking in was easy - arranged at a time i was free on holiday. they also sent a text reminder. on getting my car back , i had a free health check , clean and valet done at no extra cost. it was good to know my car was fine , safe and no other problems so our holiday and 340 mile trip home were more enjoyable knowing there was nothing else wrong. if you need a Nissan Dealer in Perthshire - go here. Make sure you ask for Cat !

We purchased a Nissan Qachqai from your dealership 2 years ago. Have come back with various small problems. We have known the manager for a number of years. He sold me my favourite car - Toyota Avensis. We phoned today to book the car in for a repair job and was told it was cost us £100 just to check what it was first!! Then a charge on top of that to repair it. The same problem was fixed just after we bought the car but its guarantee ran out now. Since they have been taken over their prices have gone through the roof. Lost us as a customer now!! Very disappointed.

I visited this showroom to purchase a Nissan x-trail and I also had an appointment with Scott MELLOY. All I can say this man is not only an excellent sales person but a perfect gentleman. From my first introduction to him which was on the telephone right up to meeting him and purchasing my X-trail he was a pleasure to deal with. Just been in following last week's service, as appears technician forgot to put locking wheel nut back in vehicle. Deny ever having it, however followed up with our technicians always put them back. Tried explaining mistakes do happen, but not at Nissan apparently. Then offered that they will remove them and allow me to get tyres changed, and will order replacement nut for me. Only problem is our technicians are busy just now so could you wait 4 HOURS! To change two nuts, ridiculous! Would of took two minutes. Some people have jobs!Response to below: only made the 20 mile journey to be there as had spoken to one of you half an hour previous and was asked to come through. If you weren't available for 4 hours, then maybe should have told me that before made pointless journey through. And I'd hope it would be free of charge service too, as it's through no fault of my own. I will await my replacement locking wheel nut thanks

Pretty poor. We had arranged a test drive of a car. The car was not even prepped properly. Some of the lights were not working and it was running really rough. You can't expect a sale when first impressions are that poor. We ended up in Macklin motors in Glasgow.

Had a couple of small things done over the last week in Western Nissan Perth, I've got to say the service i received was probably the best I've ever had from any garage and a special mention for Naomi who was very professional and made the whole experience very simple.Many thanks Alan

Excellent sales service just bought the new Nissan Micra Sport from Mark Routledge - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and the garage to any one wishing to buy a car. Great service, very informative and kept me informed of what was going on, nothing was to much trouble (even when I kept changing my mind) so thanks Nissan and Mark for looking after me and my new car.

My mother has been a mobility customer here for almost 9 years. Our experience of the front house staff - Naomi in particular - has been excellent. This would be a 5 star review for customer services. She is friendly, helpful, and endlessly patient.Unfortunately we do not have the same experience of repair work. 2* at best. Car has been returned many times without faults being fixed. This has caused my elderly mother a lot of stress, and for that reason I cannot give more than 3 stars for overall satisfaction.
