Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Luton

Hired van for a day . We booked online but van was not available at the branch . Manager promised to arrange before 4. And she kept the promise and rang us before 2 to collect the van.we met very laid back and Friendly staff with professional attitude. Everything was explained briefly. Van was clean without any faults .i will Highly recommend enterprise Luton to others and would love to come back to them again.I found Luton branch environment and customer care much better then any other enterprise branch so far.Hats off to the Management and dispatch .you guys deserve 5 stars

My experience with Enterprise Car Hire was overall positive. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff at the rental location were friendly and efficient. The vehicle provided was clean and well-maintained, meeting my expectations for a comfortable ride. The return process was quick, and the staff were professional. While there were no major issues, a slight improvement in the waiting time during pickup could enhance the overall customer experience. Nevertheless, I appreciate the reliability and quality of service provided by Enterprise and would consider them for future rentals.

Used a few times before to hire a van when moving etc, any issues are resolved. Team are friendly and will do all they can to help. Price is decent, will use again in future.

I was able to easily get hold of a person on the phone to help me modify the booking. They understood exactly what was required to make the modification and was also able to clearly explain the difference in cost to me as well as the impact on the rental cover bought previously. I recently hired a car from Enterprise Luton and overall the experience was good.The staff were polite and helpfull. Chris was front of house and guided me through the process with professionalism. Patrick took me through the legal side and explained everything clearly.

Absolute frauds never outlined the T&Cs to me literally gave me the car, incompetent! Got a fine which I have appealed based on nature of it and they took £35 admin fee for literally sending me an email. Robbers but then again does not surprise me with enterprise. I am going to write to the local MP and the papers and have my lawyers look at this. Its not the amount its the fact good and honest earners have to suffer the brute of this rubbish because people are incompetent.

Generally an unpleasant experience having to deal with this company after an accident. However, staff at the branch are very friendly but doesn't excuse the slacking service.

Worst customer survives. I booked our the phone. Visit them the next day to confirm the booking and large van. They show me the van and we agree. Next day when I showed up to pick the van, they completely denied everything and try to push me to hire small van for same price or pay extra for the one I already booked. The reception team is very arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. They are a scam.They will let you down at the time when you don’t have any other option and force you to pay extra.Avoid this branch as you will regret when they rip off money out of your pocket and also leave you with no choice on your commitments.I would give them ZERO star.
