Terrible. It's currently 2.30pm and skip has not arrived. After 3 phone calls, speaking to Lisa, Jackie, and another lady, there generally was confusion, no call back when they said they would. Then called me to ask if I knew a Mr Mappiet, which I'm assuming was the driver calling them back! Finally now confirmed that the driver will be delivering the skip at between 5.30-6.00pm. Whilst I certainly didn't expect it at 9.00am, delivering at that time is utterly ridulous, especially considering the first of the phone call I made was at 11am. Poor communication and service, no value for the customers time. I would have thought at a minimum the skip would be delivered within normal business hours.

Have used waste king a few times now for skips and waste pick up from my house , good communication and driver even put my bin up the top of the drive after bin collection. Will use again.

Good skip company. Really helpful, positive staff.. my driver Simon was so helpful and dispite some cars being in the way he was patiant, polite and super helpful. So greatful for the top service I received. Would recommend to othersBenjamin
