Shop looks a bit dated but the custard and curd tarts are the best I have tasted with the exception of my mums that is lol

Nice quiet bakers/cafe with a few seating areas for small groups. Nice selection of food and drinks. 1 unisex toilet.

Insane queues for the waiheke ferry. Why doesn’t Fullers put on ferries every 40 minutes to meet demand. It seems like Fullers don’t care about their customers nor how much time they have to waiste. The most customer unfriendly company. Why isn’t it under AT with service level targets?

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while. My partner and I visited Fullers on route shopping in August. The lady behind the counter (I believe her name is Eileen) took our orders, she was quite blunt from the start and seemed like we were wasting her time rather than ordering food. She never once asked if we wanted to eat in or take away but placed our food inside takeaway bags. Once we were passed our food we went to sit at one of the tables and were only told at that point (very loudly and rudely!) that we had to pay extra if we wanted to eat in. My partner paid the extra amount which was extortionate to say we didn’t even get plates, only had 2 bottles of water and was sat there literally 5 minutes. The cafe was extremely quiet with only a few elderly guests sat at the bottom end of the cafe. Eileen seems like she would rather stand and twiddle her thumbs than deal with actual customers and the whole place is completely overpriced. Will not return and have told our extensive family and friends about our negative experience at this place.

-Poor customer service-Who puts only one sausage on a bacon and sausage sandwich?!-over a fiver for a bacon and sausage sandwich and a coffee?!Don't bother - Greggs is only down the road

absolutely shocking service, one member of staff named Eileen was really rude and disrespectful to a member of staff whilst i was ordering food! will never come back again.

Asked for a vegetarian sandwich to be made for me however they wanted to make it, they seemed confused by my request but I like to be surprised with what I get!For sandwich roulette they get 3.8 out of 5.Lovely clean shop with wonderful staff, full points given, great experience, thank you.

Sat and got two coffees 1 sausage rolls 2 bacon sandwich. It was very expensive sandwiches nothing to write home about all very bland and won't be back it was soooo expensive.not staffs fault
