Wise Pharmacy

I was there with a prescription, first they took ages to come to me and then when came it was so rude and non-professional and at the end wasn't able to give me the medicine as they weren't able to do something on their system. Simply avoid until they get properly trained and been asked to act and be polite and professional.

Sadly writing this review, because I really gave them a chance given they're Asian brothers and sisters. Bought a test off them which turned out to be faulty. Apparently since I used it, they can't give me money back even though it is proven to be faulty. Better to go elsewhere to be honest, which is sad.

I bought the glucose test strips and didn't notice that they were expired and I was checking the sugar and the reading was forming Reading incorrectly, and when I went to the doctor, he told me that the expiry date of the slides had expired..... and when I returned to the pharmacy, they told me that I was to blame because I did not pay attention And check history. They refused to replace the slides with new ones, and it took four days for them to replace them. They do not take into account the history of the medicine....... Please make sure of the date of any medicine he took from this pharmacy.

Always disappointed to visit this pharmacy, slow and unprofessional behaviour. First, they give you a judgmental look, then waste your time by telling you towait at the end, they says sorry we don't have.

Not open, why bother saying your open till 7pm when your not even open at 5pm, wasted journey muppets

Pathetic service and unprofessional staff behaviour .Staff and lady there have no manners to talk to you, instead of sorting out your problem they will react in nonsense way.Not recommended are all.

Extremely poor service, last week I called her mom for diabetes medicine, Guy said I would send an emergency request to the GP.I believed it !!After 4 days my mother told me that my medicine still did not come, I was very disappointed.WOW!

Over the past 5-6 weeks we have been using Wise chemist.They have been brilliant with the delivery servicing and catering for the need of the medicines for my my motherI can not fault them in any wayThankyouN Brearley
