The worst out of worst McDonald I ever been also the most stupid mangers I ever seen I ordered from the machine basically when I received my order after 45 minutes waiting everything was cold and rotten my big mc was missing I asked her nicely my big mc missing she was like you have to pay for it nothing on the screen I said that’s not my fault check the receipt which machine didn’t print it out she had no clue the most clueless manger she called the other stupid manger she was rude and stupid worst then the first oneAny ways the food was errr never go back there

I ordered 2 double egg McMuffin!! They Charge me full price !!When I came home it was just 1EGG IN MUFFIN!!! They are the worst McDonald’s serving team all over the uk .. every time something wrong .. they never give receipt and they are so arrogant if you take items back !!! Well done McDonald’s never ever again

Ordered thru the app, half the food. Missing, they blamed Uber and hung up!!! The bags were sealed at McDonald's.. No food, no refund! Shocking service.. DO NOT USE THE APP, STAY AWAY FROM MCDONALD'S SCAM SERVICEShocking service.

It's the usual McDonald's experience of course, but a bit quieter than the nearby shopping centre one, and there's a drive-through should you want that. Parking was available on a busy Sunday, and even if there wasn't, there's always space on the large carpark just down the hill. The staff were friendlier and somewhat more personable than you find in the more manic McD's.

Nice staff. There is magic table and tables that actually work! Requested happy meals with books and got toys! It seems no McDonalds in Glasgow offer books

Don't order from here on a Saturday night (staff slackers nightshift). Waited for 30 mins and order was cancelled for no reason. Been through drive thru previously and been ignored (served other cars first even though i was there before) and received cheek from the staff on the headset when queried. What a joke.

Ordered thru the mcdonald's app instead of Just Eat, hoping it would be better and they couldn't blame Just eat this time... . Food arrived cold and only 1/4 portion of the fries was in each of the three meals ordered. Noone cares at this place,Awful..

The worst McDonald's ever in my experience today I'm used to going in to someone of them and having the half @$$ed poke of chips but they execided that custom today when I got 3 regular and it seemed to decline between the 3 the worst had literally 12/15 chips in it and I wouldent even say was quarter full... noticed this while checking my order was complete as I had a big Mac that had everything on it when I asked for only cheese and ketchup for my son... aswell as not realising my mozerlla sticks I ordered aswell at the end when it offers you the sides aswell as 1 drink was missing at that point I should have drove all the way back to ask for a refund to notice some of it was getting eat so I didn't make too much of a big deal about it as all I wanted to do is sit down with my family and eat what would have been dinner to be half way through my burger and put of even more as my partners had a lovely hair cooked into it ....that put off the rest so final thought I will never step foot in this McDonald's again even if I were dieing of Hunger but I strongly recommend this restaurant gets its act together before someone goes the full way and calls in the correct people to close it till it's up to standard as clearly it's not. I will say the restaurant is usually fairly clean but the main part that is ment to be the selling point the food and the service is not
