Sara has been excellent grooming my dog Bear. He had a bad experience elsewhere and she’s been really attentive and affectionate to him. He always comes out looking a million dollars.

Rude and unhelpful, do not give these people a deposit!Have been 3 times now and all they care about is the deposit. Once they have it they won't do what they offer. Are rude over the phone and even chase the deposit again after you have paid.I will be going to a local groomers in future that care about customers over deposits

Tried to order on line. All it was interested in was cookies. Every time i tried to add to basket, we use cookies. Maybe concentrate on helping your business by allowing people to make an order online instead of being obsessed with cooking

Have been a regular at The Groom Trowbridge for a couple of years now. They are friendly, professional and do a beautiful job for our miniature poodle. They give her the groom we ask for too, not overly “poodle”. You always worry about what happens when you leave but the proof is that our dog gives them such a warm friendly hello when we walk in the door we know they’re kind to her. Not the case at another place in another town where she literally tried to back out of the door.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jen who clipped my Border Terrier last month. He always looks amazing after, and she is so calm and patient with him as he tends to be a bit nervous. He ended up giving her a kiss after! I think you do a fantastic job!

I’ve been using Groom Room for many years now. My boy, Gallus Harry, loves going to see the girls and always looks good once they’ve done their stuff. I’m especially thankful that staff are most accommodating and personable, not just to me because I’m paying, but to my VIP. Thanks girls, Gallus loves coming to see you x

Used them previously and have been pleased. However, this time I had an appointment booked for 17 July and was told to call and pay the deposit by 11 July. Called on the 10 July to be told my appointment had already been cancelled. Will not use again
